Radetzky March performed by Richard Noel, Accordionist

- Johann Strauss composed this great march in 1848. I am performing it with the Roland FR-7x v-accordion, using two registers of my "Patriotic" sound set. No external modules or sounds are used, only the internal sounds of the 7x v-accordion.
The march opens with a brief snare drum solo, performed with the internal sounds of the 7x, followed by the march itself. I am using a setting that emphasizes trombones in the lead with a mixed tuba bass, french horn chord, and strong symphonic snares on the chords.

Richard, I love the music you bring to the web. God gave us music and you bring it to life!
Thank you very much, greatly appreciated.
Mr Noel, you are the best accordianist I have ever heard and I played many accordion/drums duos for years with great box men.

Richard you make everyone smile when you play. How can you do it without smiling yourself? You are the greatest.
You continue to play the most wonderful music I have ever heard on accordion!

You played this song fantastic. Love the sounds that you used. Sure wish mine would do that. It would be much easier than the looper. Thanks so much for posting. Ken
You are correct that you can't add all of these sounds to the 3x, but you can still do a pretty nice march.
super genial
Wonderful! Reminds me of circus music I heard while growing up! Thanks for all your postings Richard!
LINDO

ดีมากครับ
Impresionante Richard. ¿Por favor me puedes decir qué sonidos utilizas en toda la partitura?. Muchas gracias. Jesús.
Dear Richard, Great performance I loved hearing this march when I was stationed in Germany in the 80s. I have your set for the 3x. How would I get close to these settings. BTW Do you have any more settings for the 3X. I have the 301-304 sets from you. now. You have a great understanding of how to get the most out of your Roland accordions. The best
Is it... is it digital accordion??? Great!
Wonder what would digital flute look like...

🤣
my first impression lol,but music is great
LMAO
Excellent performance and your "Patriotic" sound set is perfect on this march. This was a bit of a surprise for me as Strauss is so well know for his waltzes. After all, he was the "Waltz King" every bit as much as Sousa was the "March King". Evidently Strauss composed a couple of marches, one of which is this fine one written a year before his death.
I must ask about the red decorations on the white 7x. Surely not stock from Roland. Your addition?
Correction: I have mixed up my Strauss', regarding Sr. and Jr.
Johann Strauss I wrote this great march and his son Johann Strauss II was the "Waltz King" of "Blue Danube" fame.
Dan Chan You are quite right about the above. As for the red, that was just a bit of experimentation on my part to spice up the white of this 7x--definitely not stock Roland. It's easy to change and undoubtedly I'll make more changes.
Music casino game big win 😂😂
