Thanks again for a great review. Personally I prefer the plastic tires in the Miniart kit over the rubber ones in the RFM kit and the way Miniart has done the fenders and side lockers. On the price aspect, the Miniart Puma without interior is cheaper than the interior kit, so that may be worth mentioning in a further comparison review👍

Another great review Peter. Just on your comment about why they split the colour schemes front and back, it's because the first two pages (before folding) are printed in full colour, while the assembly pages are black and white

Sorry I missed the end, Peter. A very good review, as always 👍👍. They're learning some lessons from Tamiya and producing great stuff.

Thanks Peter. Great review and some helpful observations. I need one of these and think the price point will steer me towards RFM but the detail options on this one temp me.

Hi Peter. If memory serves, the engine is by tatra and the main gun is the same as the pak 38 (5.cm) but the kwk vehicle version . Both nice kits , I'd be happy with either . Thanks for the review's . M

Well I guess I'm going have to watch this review at a later time.
I'm looking forward to comparing this kit with the previous Puma kit.

The colour printing is on the front and back pages only that's why its split up. Colour is more expensive and arranging a signature is important to get your money's worth.

Hi Peter. Definately one of my favourite vehicles of the war. To be honest it all seems a bit to much for me. I mean how many of us ever see the interior of our models ? Unless your making a specific vehicle where the interior was visible then it is pointless. But there is one bonus I suppose , these two new models will chip away at the cost of the old Italeri kits making them cheaper, hopefully. I,ve made all four of the versions of this vehicle in 1/35th already and I also have a Cyber hobby Dragon kit of a proposed version. So I think that I have the 234 pretty well covered. A good video as usual fella 10/10. Good luck.

    10/10 for Peter ?
No no no... the engine is a Tatra air cooled diesel, not a Maybach 😊
For apologies, you have yo build an other Kinetic Sea Harrier 😅😅😅😅
Keep going, you're allways more interresting to follow

No steered wheels option on that one? And for all that effort on the tyres, they are not weighted? And I can see many parts with annoying flash seams on- the more parts there are, the more there are to clean up. The Ryefield wins hands down for me.

I must say, those Ryfield rubber tyres looked superb- like you I think they are the best I've ever seen! A major advantage for me is that you can paint the wheel and then fit the tyre. No annoying tyre masking!

It is rare yu can get weighted tires straight out of the box, usually its resin aftermarket. Miniart wheels are overall in 6 parts, RFM wheels in 4 parts+plicap. Only 2 details not that much difference.
