One of the greatest hunting stories I’ve seen… as a guide and fellow photographer, it’s all about putting in the work and the luck will come at some point. Congrats Terrance, you earned the hell out of that hunt!!
I'm 61 and my last life dream is to hunt Dall Sheep. I don't think it will happen but I can hope and pray. Love watching the Videos. Great Sheep here..
Awesome ram. We never get to see the right side of him really. Was he broomed that much on that side or did the bullet get that side? Awesome sheep and would love to take one some day.
Nobody eats Reds when they're that far gone. Let alone fish for then. Fair chase with airplane spotting before season is the norm today with guided hunts. I mean harvests.
It appears that you shot the right side horn off. Not sure that would kill the ram. That big plume and the violent head jerk was a tell tale give away and the fact that the picture from behind shows 6-8 inches missing from that right side.
TONY IS THE BEST ALASKA GUIDE OUT THERE!

Wow that moose and black bear shot was so clean. Cleaner than Steven Rinella.
So what did that other guy get sick with? Giardia? Did he ever get out hunting?
Tonsillitis. He came back a month later and killed a nice moose.
Great looking ram guys and a great shot also, congrats👍🏻
Which scope
Wow! That is an incredible Ram. Just goes to show, you never know when your turn will come, so be ready!
