"They do Shakespeare, over there...here, we do musical." LOL funniest part😂😂😂and mrs patmore is crazy!!! Also the person who plays Mary looks almost exactly like Michelle Dockery!
"One of my favorite scenes from the show involves a dialogue b/w Dame Maggie, Shirley MacLaine, and the actress who plays Isobel." Poor Penelope Wilton :-(.
I laughed my way through the entire clip. Incredible lyricist, who ever wrote the show. Thanks, JWalton for the posting. And I haven't seen Colin Mockerie since "Who's Line is it anyway?" He made a great Julian Fellowes! Love it, love it!
Brian Sears is such a talented actor and singer! He deserves so much more recognition than he gets! Wish I lived in America and not England so I could see more shows like this
This is BRILLIANT! I can SO see “Downton Abbey: The Musical”! These song snippets are FABULOUS! Whoever wrote these songs: MORE, MORE, MORE! ❤️🎭 WONDERFUL!
Oh my God... THAT is Julian Fellows? I never saw him until now and...really, i've been not expecting this! He is a-m-a-z-i-n-g! Please, I want to see him as a vallet in the next season, even if it's just for 5 minutes... pleaaaase!
This is hilarious and so well done! Great Job! Love the subtlety and they really are excellent singers:) I agree with another commenter too - I want the album!!
Wow. They either had a really great makeup artist or really good casting (or both). They really nailed the characters mannerisms, too--better than any parody I've seen. Mary was especially good.
"Gay note, hit! Gay note, hit!"
I wanna hear the full versions of all these songs! Especially Thomas's angsty soliloquy!
HOW HAVE I NEVER SEEN THIS???!
Same.
"I can only suppose he broke his feet jumping off the bandwagon!" LOL
Thomas Barrow, I love him. I would listen the shit out of this musical.
I can't believe how similar some of these actors resemble the real actors in both looks and mannerisms.
"Edith never seems to look as good as her sisters. Well one of them is dead now." LOLOLOL poor Edith.
A fabulous send-up :-) ... of Fellowes, Downton, and Broadway musicals
Almost all the actors look like their "real" selves especially "Lady Mary."
This was amazing! When Jeremy Jordan popped up in the end I completely lost it
"They do Shakespeare, over there...here, we do musical." LOL funniest part😂😂😂and mrs patmore is crazy!!! Also the person who plays Mary looks almost exactly like Michelle Dockery!
Ooohh wow!! I loved this! What an amazing resemblance to the actors they all have..especially Mary and Mosely. Great singers also!! Thanks!!
"One of my favorite scenes from the show involves a dialogue b/w Dame Maggie, Shirley MacLaine, and the actress who plays Isobel." Poor Penelope Wilton :-(.
Kudos to Jason Michael for the grand tunes and the talented cast that carried them off. Great fun! Take it on the road!
I laughed my way through the entire clip. Incredible lyricist, who ever wrote the show. Thanks, JWalton for the posting. And I haven't seen Colin Mockerie since "Who's Line is it anyway?" He made a great Julian Fellowes! Love it, love it!
this needs an album with the full songs. NOW.
I've watched this so many times, but this was the first time I noticed John Bolton's perfect Moseley dancing in the background!
The only cameo missing is Aaron Tveit as Dan Stevens haha
"Oh poor Edith..." favorite part
LOL! O'Brien at 8:02 trying to sneak in XD
Melissa Warren i cackled at that part and really burst out laughing at at the very end!
4:00 is basically "Our Little World" from Into the Woods. Perfect.
Oh god.... Why can't this actually be real?!
ONE OF THE GREATEST VIDEOS I HAVE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE. Bravo to all involved!
The "Tom" in this Musical really looks like a mix of Allen Leech and Matthew Goode, I tought it was Henry first 😅😂😂
The musical provides a happier ending for Bates & Anna than the actual S4 :-(.
Im so upset they left Jeremy Jordan for literally the last minute but i love this
Brian Sears is such a talented actor and singer! He deserves so much more recognition than he gets! Wish I lived in America and not England so I could see more shows like this
This is a thing??? I am so excited to watch this!!!! Day has been made!
Matt Doyle's character = British Peter Simonds.

I'd love to see the uncut version (longer versions of the musical numbers)
Oh my God... THAT is Julian Fellows? I never saw him until now and...really, i've been not expecting this! He is a-m-a-z-i-n-g! Please, I want to see him as a vallet in the next season, even if it's just for 5 minutes... pleaaaase!
6:00 - 6:24 This musical's version of Mrs. Patmore is really frightening :-(.
HYSTERICAL! "Nougaty." "But one of my sister's is dead, so that's good."
Matt Doyle is beyond cute.
This is simply perfect. No ifs ands and buts about it!
The Stoovens micky-take and Edith bits are the best. And the woman playing Mrs Hughes is excellent.
This is hilarious and so well done! Great Job! Love the subtlety and they really are excellent singers:) I agree with another commenter too - I want the album!!
This needs to be an actual musical!
i can't believe how much they look like the real actors. especially Mary.

Haha! This is brilliant! I would totally go watch this in a theater!
This is great! I love the Julian Fellowes saying, I love Maggie = she has no idea what her face is doing....LOL
I love this
Wish they had done more
Anna and Bates had a brighter storyline in this musical parody than in the real S4 :-(.
Core, blimey! I want this to be actual episode on TV!
beyond amazing! So funny.. the timing and characterizations. OMG!
I'm obsessed! So perfect.
This made my day.
Nice job, Jason! Way to go!!

This is UNBELIEVABLE!!
Lmao Colin Mochrie's accent at the end progressively got worse xD
'Gay notes' were a controversial subject in Edwardian musicology.
hahaha oh man. Matt Doyle and those gay notes. I CANT.
LOL it is uncanny how these people look just like the actual cast members. Brilliant!
would love to hear the actual cast of downton abbey reacting to this video.
A WILD JEREMY JORDAN APPEARS
Wow. They either had a really great makeup artist or really good casting (or both). They really nailed the characters mannerisms, too--better than any parody I've seen. Mary was especially good.
I would totally buy tickets to this.
This is the best thing I've ever seen...
"This is surely a sacrilege!"
"This is not a sacrilege!"
would loved to have heard fuller song, because even though they were just snippets to create the illusion of a full score, they were incredible.
Wow, this was really pretty good.
This is so excellent. High fives all around!
The ending after the credits was EPIC! Go O'brien!
this is amazing i am literally in tears
This is the best thing ever.
I would love to see a musical episode of Downton Abbey one day
