lol, the constant sound of passing cars, horns, siren and the screeching sound of the train breaks is now considered peaceful? its what city folks want to escape the most if nothing else. A bit over glorifying whatever happens in Japan there.
I grew up in Philadelphia and I am used to hearing loud sirens and the subway. I live on a quiet street in Florida now and this video kind of made me homesick listening to the sounds of the city. The subway could go full blast pass my house and I'd still stay asleep.
I enjoyed every sound. I never lived in a massive city. Made for a great asmr (audio sound meditation relaxation) video, very calming and relaxing for people that need sound to sleep or relieve stress. I’m a manga fan these days so I always try to learn more about japan. Just mention Tokyo to get my full attention. I’m here because of ekiben videos and sailor moon. I recently got my daughters into watching sailor moons, we now own the entire 90s collection on Blu-ray. We need these ramen carts and ekibens here to go with sushi we have here. Oh I almost forgot the vending machines. Either high tech or retro or a full pizza, the vending machines are fun fun fun. I love hearing Japanese on the speaker systems at the train stations.
I don't know why but somehow this radio sound, the store and store owner, those gentle and quiet natural conversation, tinkle of bowls, make me feel like, yes everything is okay, everything is gonna be okay, don't worry. It's bringing a heavenly peace in mind. For me, this video is more than just a food video. Lots of thanks to the creator. 😊
Love the humbleness of it all worked in a authentic Japanese restaurant I was the only foreigner there would love to open a ramen house I enjoy making my own ramen bowls late at night and slurping down my noodle while I watch these videos over and over 🍜🍜🍜🍥🍥🍥
When I visit Japan... I want to try as many old style ramen stall as possible. The food look delicious, and I like the charm of the looks and the people who work there! ❤️
I found the channel today and I'm trying to watch all the videos, so I'm going to have time and I'm amazed! Thank you so much for sharing these moments with us.
As a Singaporean, street side affordable food is something I look for. I couldn't care if the stall is under a railway track. If it's priced okay for it's food, I'll sit on a hard stone rock and eat it.
I follow your channel! without a doubt this was the best video i watched! congratulations to you for bringing so much of Japan's street food! of the most desire to know your country !! greetings here from Brazil 🇧🇷
Born in '77 and grew up watching '80s animes, like Tiger Mask. The dinner by street food was a stereotypical scene, and it was exactly like this, traffic and sounds included. Amazing video, thanks for uploading :)
I'd love to have this gentleman's cart in my neighborhood. I pay over twice what he charges for much less food (2 pieces of pork and a smaller egg) at my ramen shop It's good but probably nowhere as good as at this stall. Thanks for sharing this - it was so enjoyable to watch.
You couldn’t stop my grandma. She didn’t need to, she just did. One day at about 90 she just couldn’t, broke her heart and she didn’t last long after that (maybe 4 yrs?). Good ol farm girl born in the late 80’s………1880’s that is.
What I love from this video : sound of train, sound on the radio, customer talks, and Grandpa who worked painstakingly. What a peaceful atmosphere.
wow...yes! I think so!

I miss the sound of Tokyo
It's ok. For me personally, the background sounds/noises enhance the vibe of Tokyo itself at night 🙂. I love it!!

Much respect to all men and women who are still working at that age.
but i feel sad that they still need to do so...
Case of having to I would imagine..

13:07 And how many garlic do you want in it?
Customer: yes
6 may be more
I saw that too lol
I hope he didn't overcook the ramen while chopping that many garlic

I can't stop watching these Ramen Stall videos. It's mesmerizing to watch
Man oh man, I sure wish we had these types of Ramen carts in the US, and especially near my house and work. Thanks for sharing.
It's not about ramen .. it's about missing out Japan so much !

The sound is very good! The quality of the sound recording is of high quality !! Nice video!
I like this kind of video, showing one of the declining yatai ramen population in Japan.
Hope you will always do this kind of video in the future.

Love this so much, looks absolutely delicious and he takes so much pride in what he does. Hope this tradition remains for a while yet.
Yes!! I think he is real professional 😎👍
Pride and work ethic is something the rest of the world can learn from Japan..

I love how he uses the plastic water/tea pitcher for pouring the タレ!
I need to stop watching these types of videos late at night. Even if I'm not hungry, I feel hungry after watching.
Charming the uniques of Japanese their own styles. Such local sound, especially the radio from the stall. 🤗🤗🤗🤗
Yeah🤗 grandpa so good too
The way he cuts the boiled egg in half for the extra presentation. This is my favorite ramen stall so far
love that detail too
its boiled perfectly!
Was like...OH! His hands weren't shaking...Neato😁
Noisy place, but I liked the old and noble radio, it never fails.
It's nice to eat listening soft music or the news, what do you think?
It make me fell so peaceful.
Noisy place make you enjoy the food stall more because of how lively it is there.
News.

The time clock stops at the ramen yatai, all problems disappear and thoughts become calm and peaceful.
I like japan vibes, the street, food, and the people...
I would eat that everyday and twice on Sunday.
Spiegati meglio per favore
2:22 his noodle storage is one of the kind 😊
LOL did not see that coming, a damn dresser drawer xDDD
Street foods always hits differently. I miss those time when I can just walk around my neighborhood, searching for dinner.

very nice ramen stall under train bridge, imagine in 80's anime play into these scene

I thought street food stalls have been history already. Very glad they are still around in neighborhoods.awsome
but they've been getting fewer and fewer
This place feels like New York but 100 times cooler ( never been to japan btw) ♥️

Love to see old and traditional stall specialy serving for ramen, in my country ramen only less than 75 ¥

Ramen stall is something nice to see in the middle of modernization in japan👍
this man made me rethink the amount of garlic I put in my food as being way too little.
Love this...hope these Ramen stands will never go away!!! :))
Something is very special about this video🥺🥺❤️
Only in japan where you eat under the train station and it still feels clean lol
