More like Basketball NBA and G League are different leagues but all competitive basketball leagues. Wins in NBA don't count in G League and vice versa.
It's 21 wins in the World Armwrestling League specifically. He has been competing since the 70's in many different leagues so he has won his world titles there throughout the years.
