I think it's also because jotaro combined his own strength with star platinum s. If u notice, star platinum is superimposed over his hand and they punch together. This is not an asspull as it has been done before. Remember when jotaro uses the superimposed leg of Star platinum and jumps rlly high against the blind stand user.. Dio uses it too to punch the road roler from above and forcefully crush jotaro underneath... Since jotaro was strong enough to beat up a fully grown man while he was still a toddler( remember allesi?), Then he must have superhuman levels of strength at 17-18 years of age.
Yeah he is the most emotional and gripping reactor out of all, he is a great reactor cause he actually shows so much emotion towards the characters and gets so connected with them, one of the best if not the best anime reactor
