I buy oils like jojoba Arian coconut castor so on and don’t sweat the measuring.I put em all in shampoo and just be sure to leave it on a little extra time and a buy fruits & veggies and blend and put all the oils in it or coffee or what not,it helps your constipation if you have a problem but I don’t worry about measuring.my wife has tons of essentials so dump,drink,apply and hope hair and beard reach my knee’s next week,lol. Oh I add it to beard balm to which helps with unruly whiskers and fly aways

Had to hit em with the wave check real quick . I was surprised how easy it is once I started making it that castor oil + hemp seed oil has my beard feeling luxurious. Let me know how it goes when you try it

That is a carrier oil so you can use grapeseed , 🥑, or any non nut carrier oil. Do your research first!

Do your research. The amount of essential oils he's using is very dangerous. Plus, he's not wearing any gloves or protective equipment.
