I love the simplicity of this tag. Beautiful. ❤️❤️
Love your circle tag. Buttons are my favorite. Have a huge collection from my grandmother.
I love using old buttons also.
This will be another fun one to do!
Tag 50! I am just as suprised as you that I am still with it. Have had breaks due to other things taking up my time and energy, but stepped back in as soon as I could every time. Start really missing it when I don’t have some stitching at the ready. My stitching time is mainly in the evenings, sometimes till quite late. I find it very relaxing.
Just want to thank you for doing this. I have learned so much both technically as well as creatively from these little weekly pieces. Have just finished a large piece for a textile exhibition in a local museum. Making that piece I realised how much I have developed as a textile “art” maker thanks to this seemingly unpretentious challenge I joined in at the beginning of this year without much expectations other than a bit of fun. I could not have dreamed that it would enable me to make a piece that now hangs in a museum within a year of starting to learn slow stitch. Can’t express how grateful I am to you, Anne. You have given me such an enormous gift by simply putting a needle in my hand and encourage me, and all of us, to just start playing with fabric and thread. THANK YOU! 💕
Wow that's amazing
Lily, that is a great accomplishment having work in an exhibition, good for you. I found your comment very inspiring as well.i just found Anne today and would of loved to join in on this project. Wishing you all the best.
@@shirley1413 Thank you, Shirley. You could still join in if you want. I expect quite a few of us will be working on tags into the new year. Look on Instagram if you want to see our tags. Anne has also announced a new version for next year, which she will be running via Patreon. There is a video about that. For me it’s been very worthwhile. It’s been truely liberating. 💕
Lovely, easy tag! Always love adding buttons.
Another beautiful tag. Love the idea of simplicity for this time of year. THANK YOU!!!
Simple and beautiful and love the idea of using some of the buttons in my huge collection. You are such an inspiration for me. I am looking forward to 2022. I feel I accomplished something sticking with it. I always look forward to Fridays. ❤️
Looking forward to doing this one. Only 2 more tags to go after this. It’s been a great experience sewing 🧵 with Anne and all the others who have shared their tags. It’s been a global group and I’ve got to chatting with a few other stitchers in England, Holland and another stitcher in New Zealand. Seasons greetings from New Zealand 🇳🇿
Thank you for sharing, it's beautiful like as well.
I really love the circles 😉👍🙏😘
Unbelievable tag #50. Thank you for sharing ❤
I have just made Suffolk puff batch incase I needed some. I did, as you say Bish Bash Bosh. I have done my circles on an offcut that had the back of a deer on. I think a lot of us have a "Reindeer's A... Of A Year" so I didn't cover it. Ha!!! Let's all hope for a better year and a Christmas to remember. X
Oh, I like this one! Not to imply I didn’t like the others. Late night stitching is how I’ve gotten through! I wait till everyone else is in bed so I can think. Lately, however, I find that by that time it’s too cold in the house. For tags # 51 and 52 I’ll have to hide in a closet!
Late night and soft voice very relaxing
Hi Anne, i just found you and subscribed, I am sad that I only just found you as I think this would have been a really fun project to take part in. Hope you have something fun for next year! It seems I am always late to the party, LOL.
Just start at the beginning
Love circles! thank you Anne
Beautiful tag. Thanks so much for sharing 🪡🧵
Hello Anne, a very cute and simple tag this week, you can tell it was late with some of your comments l was having a giggle with you. Tfs Hugs Susanna xx ♥️🧵🪡
To strengthen my top fabric l use an old piece of a quilted pillow case protector so l have loads of it. Because it’s slightly padded it works really well.
Beautiful tag, thanks for sharing 🪡🧵
This is so lovely
Love this tag Anne.
turned out great. i like how you cut off the overhanging bit of the circle.
what happened to the intro music?LOL!!
I'm new. I would like to know what the sticky back of the fabric is and is called? Tia
