What a lovely idea for a tag Anne. Nice to have something that brings you happy memories of your mum.
Lovely tag. My husband passed away a little over 4 years ago. He was a collector of feathers, old rusty bits, arrowheads, etc. He always brought me blue jay feathers. Blue is my favorite color. I need to make this tag using one of my many feathers. Happy heavenly birthday to your mom. My mom’s birthday was on the 2nd. She turned 87. So fortunate to still have her…she’s a firecracker.
Love the tag and the beautiful sentiment behind it. Love memories. ❤️
Love love love this idea! I collect feathers too-just because I like them-and have wanted to do SOMETHING w them. Now you’ve given me ideas. Thank you!
Ain’t no snow in this part of Canada. 👍🏻This one is a toughy.
Thank you. Buttons great❤️❤️❤️
Beautiful sentiment for your mom.
Thanks your tag is lovely and you have the hands of an artist beautiful !!! 🪡🧵🙏

My grams birthday is today and I still miss her. This is a perfect idea to make a remembrance of her. Thank you so very much.
And today, December 3rd, is the 6th anniversary of my Mom's death. Hugs to you, Anne.
I'm going to stitch my mum's favourite pink carnation(s) 💮💮💮merry Xmas everybody 💓
Absolutely beautiful Feathers create memories as do Rainbows for our family ❤️
What a beautiful sentiment to celebrate your Mom.
Hi Anne - I really enjoyed this tag. It turned out so pretty. I love that you talk about feathers and angels with your girls. I lost my Mother a month ago and it’s been so hard for me. She was my best friend as well as my sweet Mama. She’s now in heaven with Jesus and the angels.
Listening to you talk about your Mom and angels gave me comfort.
Thank You so much for sharing about your Mom. Blessings to you.
Love & Hugs ❤️🙏🏻🧵😇🪶

Very nice,I love the colors and the little stitches you've done....it's so delicate with the feather. And the fact that you've done it in memory of your mom is a beautiful tribute to her. Thank you, bises.
While I'd heard the story about feathers representing a deceased loved one nearby I'd never heard of collecting them and releasing them at a later date. What a good idea. My tag may end up representing one or more of my beloved dogs who have come and gone through my life.
Thank you for this wonderful tag and the opportunities you have given us all this year and last year. We really appreciate you ❤
Hello Anne how are you thank you for the moment with you it's very beautiful kisses and hugs your friend maryse 💗
My mum's birthday was today too. I have some of her homemade crocheted lace that i will use.
Love this tag Anne. As a 'leftie' I never learned to crochet either because all my 'rightie' relatives said they couldn't teach me...and they tried! Thanks for another great tag.
That just reminded me how my right-handed mother taught herself to knit and crochet left-handed to be able to teach my left-handed sister. Dear mum 💕
All they needed to use was a mirror.
I’ve found most left handed people can knit and crochet in the same way as right handed people. There is a smaller percentage of left handers that do require reversing the techniques in order to learn…a right handed person sits in front of a mirror, the left handed person looks at the mirror. This has, in my experience, worked well to enable learning.
Hi Anne, This is such a lovely idea. I had a wonderful Aunt who was always so kind to me, I spent a lot of my childhood with her and my cousin. I shall be putting her ring in a pocket to remind of the lovely times we had together. Thank you again for doing this fab challenge. Lots of love and hugs,
Lita from South Wales UK.

Hi Anne I will be a butterfly ,as your beautiful daughter passed away in 1971 ,age 4 years ,This my seen difficult to believe but when we go out in the garden every time a butterfly comes to visit us .And I say to my husband there is Kerrie vising again
So lovely! My dear sister’s birthday is Dec. 7th. She was older than I at the time of her death, forever 17. It has been 50 long years since then and not a day goes by that I don’t think of and miss her. I will be doing a stitching with a feather in her honor because of your inspiration. I have always had a fascination with found feathers. I love the idea of gathering them in a jar for dispersal later - I may or may not be doing that this year 😉. The tag turned out simply beautiful. I adore your creations.
Theresa I felt the same way about Anne's feathers and plan to adopt the idea, too with the next ones that float my way. My oldest sister died when I was five and she was 21; her birthday is Dec 5th so I'll make my tag in her honor. ❤️
I have used my birds feather on past tags
Beautiful memory tag Anne.
Sorry Anne pressed button .We miss her every day and always talk about her all ways So this tag is going to be for Kerrie Suzanne .💕🙏🏻❤️🥰
Love and hugs from💞❤️ Daphne
Aww... my dad's birthday would've been Dec 3, too. He's been gone 15 yrs. So much has happened in those 15 yrs. I always wonder what would he think; he was never short on opinions.
Anne, I love the idea of a memory tag. Yours is beautiful. I had never heard of feathers representing our past loved relatives, but it is a wonderful thought. It is lovely that you celebrate your moms life in this way. TFS Bless you and yours.😊
Thanks your tag is lovely and you have the hands of an artist beautiful !!! 🪡🧵🙏
