I found success with the queens gambit. Generally a lot of lower elo players will take the pawn and then you get a good centre. But even if they decline the gambit it’s still a good opening. The London system is also solid.
@@galacticfreds5339 yes i agree, some openings like the Ruy Lopéz is harder then the italian game so the italian would suit a lower rated player but if you can handle the Ruy Lopéz then go for it!

Caro-kann is not good for lower elo players it is a hard opening to play
Its actually really easy, but you can play anything if you like it...
any opening is for anyone im tired or people saying the same thing that doesnt make sense
