I have fine textured hair, and it sucks because you gotta keep it short otherwise the ends look stringy

@@ashlouw5350 I actually think my hair looks less thin when it is a closer color to my scalp (lighter), then you can’t differentiate between the scalp and hair, so it might be an illusion there is more hair than scalp. I think highlights and lowlights together are very good for dimension, so it looks like there are more shadows and areas of brightness and thus more hair!

This is one of the best I have seen!!! The pastel pink is perfect for her personality, eyes and skin tone like the stylist said. It even makes her hair look fuller. Love this one and how happy she was with the result. The stylist is super talented and thoughtful in how he created this look for her.

I’m getting pink hair with highlights soon! My dad is paying for it to show his support for me feeling beautiful 🥺 we’ve not always had the best relationship due to political differences and priorities so it means a lot to have him be supportive, even if he’d prefer for me to look more conventional

He bleached her natural hair with highlights so when he goes to put on pink it has shades and dimension, aka the pink has lighter shades of pink in it making it highlight.🙂
@@timstimac as a hairstylist, I get what you are saying. Let's be clear tho..pink highlights is different than highlights with pink color put all over it 🤷♀️ BUT this looks great!! Ppl that are picky about descriptions are just slightly annoyed 🤣🤣🤣

The color is gorgeous and pastel pink is the easiest to wash out so it's not really a commitment unlike blue which is literally the worst color to get rid of lol
I’m feeling that last part! I’ve had blue hair for a year now!!!! Bleach won’t even get it out 😭😭
@@sharonshebangs3087 oh lord I know the feeling, I had a blue, green and yellow ombre when I decided I wanted red hair, I bleached twice and followed with a bleach wash which ended in a pale green light enough where the red would cover it, needless to say after the red I've kept my hair in the pinks and purples 😆
as someone who has blue hair right now id say that red hair is harder to get out of the hair but thats just my experience.
@@lexikinns I agree red is pretty difficult to get out, I've had many colors and blue and red are the 2 that I feel less compelled to get again just because a sudden change would destroy my will 😁
For me blus was the worst as well.When i first died my hair dark orange/ red my hair had a light green tint from previously magenta hair.Even tho i bleached my hair becaus i wanted it to be as light as possiblie because i didnt want purple tones anymore my hair still had a whitish green tone when the red colour washed out.Only when i finally cut that part of my hair it was finally an even tone with no more green on it
