Maplestory DS is the closest to the original vision of Maplestory there is today. Imagine one of the stories taking place in Maplestory before the black mage awakened and the big bang happened. In fact, imagine four of them. That's Maplestory DS. This is a really good game but it's been brushed off and barely even known. It's like Maplestory, but without all the mmo things that come with it such as the pay to win nature of the game. The game has four heros you can play as, each with different stories that have simultaneous arcs that interact each other. Some mysteries of a playthrough with one character is only revealed during the storyline of another character.
This is a longplay of the theif character, and as such conforms to most characteristics of longplays such as being tool assisted and having emphasis on story and dialogue.
I don't know the characters' official names or if they even have one, and their class titles were too long for some of them, but I also didn't want to give them a fan name with words either, so I chose to use symbols since they are unpronounceable so they won't be used by fans.

i've always wanted to give Maplestory a try, but i would prefer getting the DS cartridge version, could this english patch be applied to it as well?
Tfw has better movements than the real Maplestory...
I mean that would be because this was designed to be a platformer before it was rpg not only that I wouldn't say it has better movements than the mainline game that's just not the truth

If you can find a NDS android emulator that supports NDS games, then yes this is playable.
