Makes perfect sense. My wife wants one. Had looked up the Urus and found the RSQ8 and said why would I spend 100k more just for the name. Your explanation changed my mind. I like exotic cars and money!
Great review and points why to choose the lambo as an investment. I chose the rsq8 because i need a daily driver with lots of driven miles. But the back seats are way better on the urus.
I personally would choose the RSQ8 over the urus only because I wouldn’t like all the extra attention plus I feel you will have less chances of someone trying to steal it that’s only my opinion
for the flip Urus is a no brainer! 100K possible in return.. Are you seriously thinking!! But if you do not plan on selling Audi makes more sense! Why pay 100K extra for the same thing!
Urus is worth it. I currently have an SVR and would counter as the most fun SUV under 150 that keeps its value. I want the Urus but still trying to figure out how to pull it off.
I was the 222nd person to like this video. Anyways, I was scouting CG for a used urus & stumbled upon yours. As a bachelor, I'd settle with the Urus because from experience I've noticed it catches more eyes & gives a much more raw experience behind the wheel compared to the RSQ8.
Cool vlog dude and I totally agree with you all that you said here. 👍 can I ask one thing also is that both SUV are essentially the same just different body styles would this make sense to you is it also owning the Lamborghini over the Audi would be more of a status symbol and saying I can afford to buy the Lamborghini and forget about buying the Audi. Keep up the great work buddy 👍
Its to flex...saying to someone i have a Lamborghini is much more significant than saying i have an audi...its psychological because people know that there is an audi A3 that cost very low compared to expensive cars but you dont find any cheap Lamborghini...so the name itself is a flex
It depends. The Urus holds its value because it usually resells with less than 10k miles on it. A 2020 Urus with 32,000 miles is going to have a major price drop. If you go to car shows and occasionally drive the Urus, than F*ck Dude, you have a Urus, arguably the most beautiful, exquisite, and impressively designed SUV ever made. Forty years from now they will be talking about the Urus... The Audi, too, is incredible
You ideas make sense but at the end of the day I a normal car market where they both will depreciate your still losing more money on the urus. Even though compare to the price you using less if you going by percentage your still losing more money.
So prepandemic you'd lose an extra $10,000 selling a used Urus that you bought new compared to the RS Q8, assuming all else is equal. Due to what I'm guessing is Covid related supply issues, the whole computer chip conundrum, and the desirability of Lambos, used Urus prices have skyrocketed even compared to MSRP. Why would you expect this to continue in the future? Are the car companies not expected to figure out the supply or chip design issues? And isn't it kind of hard to purchase a new Urus in the first place, as the current scarcity is a major factor driving up the used car prices? Am I totally missing something here?
Urus market is going to trend back towards sticker in the next 6 months and the RSQ8 is going to be under. But your money is always safer in a Lambo over the equivalent Audi
@@ExoticCarHacks in my opinion supply will not meet demand for the next 5 years on high end cars. The market minted a lot of wealth(printing) and either they raise the price of the cars, or all cars will sell out and be readjusted to the new amount of wealth at the high end. The price of luxury cars did not keep pace with the grow of wealth, and now, a lot more people can afford this. While items for the every day person should remain relatively the same, the luxury market items need to appreciate least 25-40% from previous MSRP price, otherwise, cars will continue to fly off the lot. If I thought there would be a significant stock market crash, I would change my mind, but I don't. Microsoft and Apple already posted good earnings. Stocks will trend upwards.
How are multiple cars like the 812 Gts, F8 tributo & spyder, Sf90, Urus etc at least $100k up to $300k+ USD over msrp when they are not limited edition and are there mass produced unlimited production cars that anyone with the money can go order the newest model for msrp and profit $100k-$300k+ per car and can buy as many cars as they are willing to invest... I know about all the delays and chip shortages etc but that's just the matter of waiting for up to a year for your car which none of that is stopping me from spending millions on cars/literally 100's of millions if you wanted and making LITERALLY 25%-75% ROI on all of them just for simply buying new non limited edition cars that anyone that has the money can buy new and profit that much. I'm super confused how this makes sense... You really should do a full really in depth video on this.
I don't know about the US, but here in Europe, every man and his dog has an Audi and they are boring AF. Why would you EVER choose an Audi over a Lambo, even if they are the same car? And let be honest. All audies look the same, be it a saloon or an SUV and all have uninspiring interiors. And if you can afford a Lambo, it means nothing is overpriced including an URUS

even if I have the extra money I will still buy the rsq8
Could you maybe if you'll ever get a hold of brabus g800 do a comparison of an urus and the G
Thanks as always for your insight brother! Keep bringing the valuable content! 🤜🤛

Doesn't VW group own both brands? Would explain some of the similarities.
yes and the urus is based off the audi
What camera do you use for filming

Urus of course

Urus is just an over priced VW
username checks out
Would you say that about the r8 too?

This aged like milk! Urus are selling for under 100k msrp!!
I’m kinda disagree. You can still flex with both of those
I knew that was your angle.
Yeah, not a fan of the whole family SUV thing.
Brilliant.
Lamborghini is my favorite car brand but the Audi is beautiful.
Both brands are under the same umbrella.
RSQ8 is way better looking. I drove right past a Urus and hardly noticed it.
That’s why Ferrari and mclaren better cause they don’t share a platform with a cheap ass car
Just Constructive Criticism
.
Stop Cursing, it looks soo unprofessional... & it doesn't matches your vibe.... trust me
Or ask ur cameraman/ others...
His image with cursing sells.. don’t think real people making real money care about “naughty words”
Really dont fucking care, I am who I am, dont like it dont watch
@@ExoticCarHacks agree, don't change!!
I would just get an x6m
Those Urus are Audi
Algo comment 💪
100k is a round up error, immaterial af
They both cheap rn
