Just went through this on an EVO RWD. Was on a 2 year waiting list, had a connection at another dealer and order is in. Going to be a long enough wait on it getting built!

cant even get A 718 Spyder (not limited) from my 981 GTS lol...whats the point of unlimited allocation and production, if factory production cycles can't keep up ever anyways? This was the case even before the current chip storage. The bottleneck hasn't even been being a "limited model"....they can't make these damn things fast enough anyways! I'm not even looking to flip, I'm willing to lose money, I just want my car to enjoy is all...in the spec that i want
Just dealt with this today, found very nice all black RS6 perfect work car for me, it was used unfortunately with 8k miles on the clock. Stealer was asking 25k over 😳. I asked if possible to order new one since it’ll be a lease ….. no allocation at this time are available. …. All bs if u ask me…..I’m soooo over this stupid watch and car markets lately. Just sell me the god damn thing, here you go take the money and let me be on my way. By the way love that Samurai you have back there in the garage, where did you get it ?

@@AJUSA1 thanks but I ordered a brand new one to spec. Used market is nuts right now and it's cheaper to buy new if you can get an allocation.

Yep. "Unlimited" never really meant "without limits" to them, it just meant "we don't want to commit to production numbers or show our true demand"
