Hey @smbmx6581, I am not myself in Florida, but we do have Regenexx affiliates in Flordia. They are in Sarasota, Winter Park, Tampa, and St. Petersburgh. Just Google "Regenexx florida" or "regenexx near me."

Thank you very much for a very good video. What is your opinion about acupuncture for low back pain? Many patients get long-term pain relief and along with Yoga practice they are pain free. Once again thanks a lot. I feel orthopedic doctors should learn acupuncture

Other doctors have stated that stem cells cannot survive in the fluid inside of a disc because of a drastic pH difference between the fluid and blood pH. This doctor did not mention stem cell injections into the disc so it may not be an issue. My physical therapist was telling as we grow older we lose our nerve cell plasticity, which means it doesn’t hold up well under strain and it doesn’t regenerate as quickly if at all as we age. I’m wondering if stem cells can over come the age degeneration process. I’ve got arthritis through out my entire lumbar spine accompanied by numbness in my left lower leg and drop foot. I still have to get an EMG of my leg nerves. I had my knee opened up for 10 surgeries to get 4 knee replacements that didn’t end up an infected mess which has left me slightly disabled and really in a pissy mood! The fiasco covered 5 years. I’m 75. Every year counts big time now. I’m also living with 3 permanent infections in my body and taking antibiotics for the rest of my life. So I got that goin for me (sarcasm).

Hi Jason! Are you currently treating patients with Ehlers Danlos Syndrome? I have spine issues, causing terrible pelvic pain. It’s been 9 years already, and I’m doing integrative medicine for MCAS, Lyme, and Mold Illness, so that then I can do Regenexx on whole spine and pelvis. I’m planning to go to your clinic in 6 months. Pelvic pain is extremely complex EDS because there’s also vascular compressive syndromes, and neurological (CCI, tethered cord) disorders causing the problem. Thank you!!!

I’m going to try acupuncture for my back pain and sciatica. I’ve tried PT, nerve ablation and an epidural. Nothing has helped so far.

Steroid injections are a short-term solution that may cause more problems than they solve.
