😄Goodness, Stephen, I never thought I would see a video from an Aussie avgeek covering this route, which I do every 4-5 weeks (from Australia), plus the return NPE-AKL leg. I flew AKL-NPE four days after you. A great review. The recently renovated NPE terminal is fantastic. Keep up the good work 👍.

Thanks for watching Nik I very much enjoyed the flight and thought the price of the ticket was very reasonable compared to what QantasLink/ REX or VA Regional would charge for a turboprop flight back home! I agree it’s a nicely done terminal in Napier 👍

Yep only a matter of time i reckon, whilst i enjoy the convivence of no security i Do agree that it should be implemented although i do understand it would bring significant extra costs for regional airports which will probably unfortunately be passed on to consumer. I think security is more the important though at the end of the day.

Flights in NZ with 90 seats or less don't require screening! Jet flights yes :D I see you had a bit of a hike from where the jet flights check in to the far end of the terminal

Thanks for watching and your feedback re the music - I’ve used that song for most of my flight reviews upon takeoff this year. I’m looking at doing a revamp of the channel around February next year which will be focusing on making my videos shorter and more engaging, interactive and ‘to the point’ etc. As part of the channel revamp I will also be looking at updating my music as well so watch this space!
