I have shown many ways to restore headlights.....How do YOU restore them?
Wet sand than polish and ceramic coating
Sandpaper and clear coat
I wet sand the lens and then polish out. I protect with any left over ceramic coating.
Brian, do you think the hybrid solutions is better than this kit?
Wet sand, polish then PPF and this is generally permanent 👍🏼 Great video thanks.
Great product & great demo Brian! 👍🇨🇦
Puppy has her own ride. I think thats wonderful. T.W. made a cool kit for folks that wanna try fixing their own headlights. Some states, ive heard, make you keep the lens clear by law. Not here in Wisconsin (that i know of). Cool kit. Thanks Brian.
Nice looking kit. You're right about the foil packs. Should be a spray bottle for protection. Or they should provide a few of each for multiple headlights. Seems like this would be good for one application on one car and that's about it.
I've used the Sylvania kit, only lasted 6 months, (1yr+ w ceramic coat on top) but it comes w a bottle of UV protection clear coat I can reuse over and over again.
Clean headlights are a very good thing 😁 👌
I just did headlights yesterday on a 15 altima. Looked like someone sprayed something on them and it etched the plastic. I sanded then used compound and polish. The lights looked "better" but I could still see where whatever was sprayed on them.
It’s a dogs life ! Her own Escalade ! They need to do the sand paper on 3 inch round discs so that you could use them on a polisher . Great Product at the lower prices …. 😊
Very impressive for a by-hand DIY kit. Now no one has an excuse to drive around with ugly lenses 😄🍻🍻🍻
8/10 is darn good. Brian, will you be using this kit in the future as a professional or will you continue to use your other methods instead?
It honestly depends on the customers budget.
That panel gap is killing me. Otherwise, nice review. Trim some of the dead air is my suggestion.
Brian I'm appalled to hear that you believe you can somehow extend your employment by purchasing the shop manager an Escalade ! 😂
Do I get an A for effort?😂
TW, nope, no way, no how!!
Everyone has their own preference....I respect it. 👍
the best thing i used to get rid of the yellowing is black spray paint, its been 4yrs now and the yellowing hasnt come back
Added bonus, now people can’t see you coming.
