I'm not sure I'll be buying this new model it's a lot of money and import taxes. The last Redmi book 2022 video didn't exactly get a lot of interest

@@DanRotaru-1 Maybe with AMD it will get more views? I'm not sure all up I will have to spend like $1400 with taxes and the video will make $30 and sell it for a $600 loss since it will be used. These laptop videos are just a waste of my cash and time now.
It failed to record and alert sometime.
The only annoying thing with these cams that they don't have standard interfaces. Imilab/Xiaomi, Tuya, Yi/Kami, V380, doorbells, old mjpeg cams, I have to open a different app for each.
Yeah, make sure to purchase same brand to avoid opening different apps.

BATTERY LIFE IS 1 TO 2 WEEKS ,SOLAR PANEL IS VERY WEAK, DON'T WASTE MONEY. YOU CAN'T SEE RECORDS FROM MICRO SD, YOU MUST CONNECT IT TO LAPTOP. IF YOU WANT TO SEE ONLINE WHAT CAMERA RECORD YOU NEED TO PAY SUBSCRIPTION. IMILAB EC2 WAS MUCH BETTER, THE NEW ONE IS SCAM

Hello please could you help me my smart hub is connected with lan cable, but hub created own wifi network without password (my neighbours using this unlock wifi) how can i lock the wifi from imilab hub or deleted wifi sharing? i want just to conect cameras to the hub. thank you
I think you need a password, set that and it will work and then give the pw to those you share it with?

The connection between the monitor and the base is terrible, it always throws out some error. There are better $30 cameras than this, look at the app and the reviews all say the same thing
No 24h recording option. No option to record all movement instead of only person detection. Doesn't even detect people if you hang it up from the 3th floor of your building. Thanks for wasting my money recommending this cam showing all features it does have, while not addressing all the area's where it lacks.
Hi, None of the battery powered cameras offer 24/7 recording that I know of. Sorry I didn't test it from 3 stories high, my install was 2 meter high and It worked fine.
Wasn't there an option in setting just PIR (Passive infrared)
Sorry your not happy but your use case seems quite different from what people would normally run. My video is aimed at general use not someone that wants it 3 stories high, 24/7 recording.

Sadly they are all like that the footage is quite compressed
Absolutely useless camera, gateway not backward compatible with EC2, can not be added to Xiaomi app, does not send alerts, although nicely designed and pleasing to the eye.
