@obsidianagent Then don't "roll eyes". You have an opportunity to learn how to improve your English. That's a win for you. And a win for the rest of us who get to see less wrong spelling and grammar.
A couple of things about Samoyeds that people may not know: one is that all of that fluff left after grooming has been traditionally spun into yarn and used for making yarn things such as hats, mittens, etc. And two, the biscuit coloring you see is actually part of the standard (at least the AKC) and pure white is something that has been a preferential breeding rather than the actual colors of the dog. It's been a while since I've seen a Samoyed with biscuit coloring. Snow is lovely even though he had to reach down deep to get in touch with his inner husky. 😊
I used to have a Samoyed back in the 90s. And he had a complete white coloring without any bisquit coloring. Even though my mom brushed him a lot, she never made any yarn of his fur. She just threw it away. And he loved being outside all day long during the winter months when it was between -10 and -30° C. He refused to come inside when my mom thought it was too cold for him at -20°C, lmao! She clearly didn't know Samoyeds are arctic dog breeds and thrives in those temperatures. He was such a great dog and so good with kids and so kind to people. I never heard him growl at either people or any animals. He even allowed me to pull on his fur and ears didn'th even do anything to me (I did that when I was a baby). I really miss him and would love to have a Samoyed again.
My family had a Sammy in the 70s and 80s. Had the biscuit colouring, and the ink blot on tongue. Sammy's are known for being vocal.. loved our dog.. Luther.
and fingers crossed with a diet and maybe some (more) pain/autoinflammatory meds this guy will be happier. BTW standing is way less comfortable than walking for most animals, humans and dogs included.
I know, I had a Daschund that I was very strict about how much I fed him so as to not add extra weight straining his back. But he still managed to put on weight. I had the vet check him for possible medical issues, none found. What I found out wad was that his human "cousins" were sneaking him snacks.
I have to admit I have a hard time with weight management for my Pomeranian as well. My vet luckily caught it early enough and since then he gets weighted regularly .. because I honestly can’t tell if he has gained/ lost.
Yep - I went by the breed from and to weights for my Norwegian Forest Cat's gender (Wikipedia says a male ranges between 4.5-9 kg (9.9-19.8 lb) ) ... so was thinking that at 7.5 kg he was a perfectly reasonable weight. Nope. Vet explained it depends on the cat's condition ... whether or not you can easily feel the ribs. Jezza was pretty much rib-less and was way chonkier than I realised. His being overweight was probably a big factor in him forming a bladder stone - which could have killed him (it was at his consultation for problems with producing urine that I found all this out). He was already on a good quality grain-free diet, but after the operation, I stopped feeding 50% wet food and 50% kibble (kibble being a big no-no for cats prone to forming struvite bladder crystals) and got him on 3 small super high quality wet food meals per day with an Ash content of 2.6% or lower (the lower, the better). A year on, he is now a fine figure of a cat at around 6.3 kg (14 lb) and pees like a horse :D
As a proud owner of a sammy, almost every groomer underestimates the time it takes. I recently had a groomer say they had a 30 minute slot open--I literally laughed on the phone
It's always nice to hear the different songs of their people. I've heard so many anthems I would've never known about had Vanessa not started this channel. 😂
Sammie are known for their talking... they are not a quiet dog.. we had neighbour's who got one, then discovered this then had the voice box removed.. because they left it locked inside all day and went to work and even when came home, didn't walk him much, and the dog voiced his unhappiness. I loved them , had one growing up.. he was like this one, had biscuit coloured ears and saddle
@@hdofu they were actually lovely people, a different ethnicity and came from a country that mainly had apartment living.. they just had different ideas about pets. We have a 3 legged rescue cat, that we have to maintain his diet as he's a porky pig, but they felt sorry for him, ans snuck him treats, as did anther neighbour in the street... so no matter how we tried, he was always fat shamed by the vet. We since moved houses, so I too, a picture of my cat round the neighborhood and explained, he wasnt a poor pathetic creature and please dont feed him.. I think there is one lot that are feeding him.. sorry, got off track
The bandanna on that enormous pile of floof was so funny! No wonder he was overheating! I’m so glad that you were able to make this gorgeous sweet boy feel so much better❤
I was also thinking about high note in his bark too haha. Bless him... His bark, though being quite a large dog, comes acress as quite effeminate! Hahaha, unless he's, erm, been 'Modified to specifications that differ with his original design' nudge nudge... 😉🤣🤣🤣 😎🇬🇧
Man, I love how Samoyeds look and how friendly they tend to be. Every once in awhile I'm like "man, do I look into getting one??" but then I know I wouldn't be able to maintain their coat. So instead I'll live vicariously for the before an after photos!
Unless you're ready to take the time to brush them once a day, then I shouldn't recommend getting a Samoyed. Especially if you live in a warm climate, as Samoyeds are arctic dog breeds and thrives in very cold temperatures. I used to have one back in the 90s.
True. I find them very cute. But I would be very cruel if I brought one over to my hot and humid part of the world. I can't stand would be owners that don't do their research and consider the dog's well being.
I have a Samoyed but I live in Canada and brush her at least once a day as well as shaving paw pads, grinding nails at least 2 times a week and brushing teeth and cleaning ears daily she's a lot of work and she's only 8 months old. She also needs a lot of exercise but she gets really hot in the summer so wants to just swim every day which can mean a lot of blow-drying and brushing.
Well from my profile pic you can tell I have one, and in Australia too where you really need to make sure air can get through to his skin. With the brushing what I do is I just do a section a day, so a limb or his head or whatever is needed, so its quick for both me and him, and isn't a chore, just like brushing your teeth, just make it routine. I also use a long tooth Greyhound Comb which works a treat.
@@LinktheSamoyed I don't know why anyone would breed Samoyeds in Australia it's so hot there I feel like that's not safe they are ment for below zero temperature which is what they prefer over anything hot. My pup will just lay on the deck with cold winds and will not want to come inside. but just in the house with the heat she gets hot and pants like crazy we have to have fans for her just so she can be a bit more comfortable. What do you do to keep them cool especially in the summer I know mine likes the pool but I also can't let her in it long because once wet she exposes her skin and can burn.
Finding your channel has really changed my life. I found a career to work for and a reason to live. I’ve loved animals my entire life, I didn’t even know dog grooming was a thing before I found your channel. Now that I’ve got a job where I have the opportunity to become a groomer I hope to open a business like you one day. I want to be able to groom dogs for free around my community to help better their lives and help the owners. I hope to one day build a business where people can bring their animals to me and go home happier than ever. Thank you for posting your videos and showing the world how hard of a job this actually is cause god damn it is. On top of bad owners and just uneducated people, you also have to deal with multiple unpredictable animals and hope for the best sometimes. You are an inspiration, thank you so much for sharing your story!
Decades ago I had a German Shepherd/Samoyed mix named Pete. He was a lovely dog, a real joy to own, except for the billowing clouds of white undercoat that he shed twice each year (and more moderately, though continuously) between those major seasonal sheds. My floors, furniture and clothing were perpetually coated with white dog hair no matter how often I groomed him or cleaned the house. After Pete’s time with us had passed, I deliberately avoided adopting more dogs with similar coats and shedding patterns. I had hit my limit for what felt like 24/7 vacuuming.
Same, Shedtember has started with my Cardigan w corgi, but mean, I should be thankful for my 1.5-2 hour weekly grooming sessions with mine (I brush him every day, but do the heavy grooming once per week).
U need to try having a hairwash weekend when it's time to wash super curly human hair 😭 washing is the easiest part then u gotta moisturize & detangle & eventually style. Days will pass before u are really done if u are doing it properly
Wow... now the admiration I have for my Grandma's ability to care for 2 Samoyeds & then their 8 pups (before they were given to family & friends) has grown even more... I never saw them matted or dirty, I remember her feeding them well (real fresh food), they sung, "I love you" when she played the piano... they were just amazing.! ❤❤❤
I agree! I think a lot of people don't realise how physically demanding grooming can be and don't seem to realise that if only groomers who can cope with dogs like Snow should be able to work as groomers, there'd probably only be about 5% as many groomers in practice as there are now. Somehow, I don't see that as an improvement.
@@GrainneDhu it's really helpful! and if anyone thinks that, they should really be watching "it's me or the dog", in which 100% of a dogs problems are with the owner (whether intentional or not), rather than how other people respond to the dog. it's not easy to properly care for a dog, especially ones that are large, show aggression/anxiety, or have long hair, but it is doable and a necessity if that's what you signed up for.
@@wge621Absolutely! I owned 14 medium sized (45 to 70 pound), double or long coated dogs for the 40 best years of my life. Three of them were AKC champions, several others had championship points but never finished due to life getting in the way, all but one had performance titles (the one who didn't was blind), so I had plenty of experience with caring for dog coats. Heck, I was way better at doing my dogs' hair than I ever was with my own! I firmly believe that anyone who gets a dog should be certain they can take care of that dog's routine coat care before they decide to bring that dog into their household. If you have a coated dog, be sure that you're going to learn how to line brush so that you get all the way down to the skin and be committed enough to do it at least 3x a week. If you whip a comb through the easily matted areas, like behind the ears and the furnishings, once a day and line brush 3x a week, your coated dog will never suffer from compacted coat the way poor Snow did. And it won't take that long, either, since the coat never gets a chance to get into horrid condition. If the owners are nervous about trimming out feet or ears or don't have the right set up to give a bath, just doing that routine coat care means that regular grooming appointments won't take that long and will be affordable. And the dog won't suffer during them because it won't demand more physical effort from the dog than the dog can tolerate.
@@GrainneDhu wow! that's impressive. yes I think a daily brush is really not too much to ask, and goes such a long way for any dog, both in getting them used to being handled in that way, and of course for the matting. it's quite sad how many owners just buy a dog that's difficult to maintain because it's cute. it's hard work! I so appreciate owners who put in the effort
@@wge621 It also pays off as they get older because the brushing turns into daily massages, which helps with the aches and pains of old age. I had a theory that if I kept my older dogs happy enough, they would be too happy to die. It never quite worked out but my dogs did live to be 15 and 16 years old (even the German Shepherds) and my cats into their 20s. I have to say, though, that breeding for conformation really maximises the dog's chance of living into extreme old age without arthritis, the major cause of pain in old dogs. Less backyard breeding and more ethical breeding would mean more dogs that live to be active, healthy, pain free dogs who live to extreme old age. Which is good, at least to me, because somehow, I loved them more with each year we spent together.
One of the reasons I really like your channel is how patient and compassionate you are to the animals and their owners. You try to fix the problems without being judgmental and also encourage your watchers not to be critical, while also educating everyone involved.
I agree for sure. I do think that people need to be a little harsher with negligent pet owners. This poor puppy is so stressed and poorly trained. No excuses for a dog barking like this. There is very clear poor ownership here I really feel bad for this otherwise great dog.
@@redluke8119she said the excessive barking though was due to pain from standing which makes sense. So I wouldn't call the owners negligent for that.
But it is very likely negate that lead this dog to the condition it is in now. Fat overweight dog means standing for what is normal becomes tiring and painful. And a coat in this matted condition means grooming for longer time. A healthy dog with healthy coat would not had undergo what this dog had to, so yes it is on the owner for this one. Not bashing on the owner as there might be untold reason why this dog is not better cared for. But we cannot ignore the fact that the dog is in poor condition that could be minimise with regular upkeeping.
I love how the happy hoodie covers literally everything except for his nose and mouth 😂 Edit for those commenting "well duh or else he'd suffocate! 🙄" I'm talking about how the happy hoodie doesn't usually cover their eyes too, but it did this time. Whether was on purpose or an accident, I don't know, but it's cute. That's all.
That was a hero's job you did for Snow. I feel sorry for the pup, carrying the extra weight and insulation, glad you were able to help him. And spraying down the "remains" was a nice touch!
Normally my cat Midnight enjoys your grooming videos. She’ll loaf on my sofa arm or lay down on the living room sofa, and calmly watch until she falls asleep. But Snow, apparently his barking was a new level of wow. She actually stopped mid-grooming several times to look at the Tv and swat at Snow. I guess she thought he was being too noisy. 😅
Remember God loves you♥😊! Good news is that Jesus paid the punishment for your sins, He died, and rose from the dead on the 3rd day. you are ONLY forgiven and saved by putting faith in Jesus Christ for salvation. Please repent, change your life around and live for Him🙏. He is coming back soon🥳🎊........
Same here. My American Eskimo has hip dysplasia and arthritis. Standing just is not an option. I do as much as I can grooming-wise with him laying down, but it is nowhere close to what I used to do.
I fully agree. My Great Pyrenees just got groomed a day ago. He was there for 8 hours and the groom looked bad. Their excuse was he wouldn’t stand for long. I love how you adapt to the limitations of the dogs but have adjusted expectations for a perfect groom. You do a great job no matter what issues the dog has and always do what’s best for the dog. I’m going to have to start doing my make at home myself (he weighs 150 lbs and has arthritis in his toes and back left leg since we got him at 2 yrs old). Thank you as someone else said for advocating for the animal, the fur parents, and other groomers. I really think you have an abundance of patience with these dogs. God Bless!!
I'm so sad for Snow. Dogs like him should have people who are willing to put in the work for their care. Breaks my heart for him and others like him. You did a great job for him.
I admire your honesty as well as how kindly you speak about other groomers who are unable to take on the clients you do. You're kindhearted and talented, and that's why we all adore you so much. 🥰 (Has Snow been on your channel before?)
70 year old still groomer here in Maine, USA. whew! for both of you. Appreciate your hard work, sore body and his relief from dematting. Owners might watch what we do, but have zero idea of how much wine we need at the end of the day.

Young lady you are to be commended for taking on this job. I feel so bad for Snow, he must have been miserable for so long with his fur like that! I DO NOT UNDERSTAND why owners let it get so bad!! That is why I honor you, for taking on such an overwhelming job for the sake of the animal. God Bless you sister. And watching that fur fall off while drying him was something else! You continue to blow my mind with your work and the character's that come through the door. And I continue to respect you with all I've got because you are truly amazing. God Bless you, now go take a nap!
I was already laughing at how hilariously adorable he looked with the happy hoodie covering his eyes and then seeing you spray the pile of shed fur and then toss a bandanna on it was the cherry on top! 🤣🤣🤣 I freaking love your dry humor in these videos! You're both educational and funny and I love watching you transform your clients while taking their various quirks both in stride and with love. You rock! 😎
He turned out to be a much smaller and rather triangular shaped dog at then end. Interesting. 😆 Thank you for the compassionate work you do. You and Snow deserve a nap.
As the daughter of a groomer, I feel like I'm in that room when Snow is getting that blowout! Washed and dried a lot of dogs as a kid, and even though I'd be finding fur on my body for the next 5 centuries, double coated dogs were always the most satisfying to dry and brush! 😅
Thank you for saying that about other groomers! You are in a unique position to be able to offer such an amazing groom for free. Your clients are lucky!
Just poor negotiation tactics. But I would not be anywhere nearly as kind to other groomers for refusing. In a way, that's fraud: you say you groom, then say you can't? To be truthful, say, "I choose which dogs I will groom." The number of lazy people who think they're too good to get their hands dirty is depressing. Snowflakes. Ask them to point out the location of the city they're in on a map, and they can't. "See those four cows? Go get them out of that pasture and into the barn. I'll show you how to milk them."
@@DutchIsraeli ---- Oh, I have met some of them, better at finding excuses than doing what say they do. I have a long list of things refused, obviously because someone didn't feel like doing it. And another long list of things over-charged for. I also have a list of people who do things they didn't have to do and didn't accept extra money for - like Vanessa's extensive collection of dog cologne she uses. And another list of people who could charge more, and do not. And a list of idiots, like some tough-talking jackass who refused cash payment "because of covid", "comp'ny pol'cee" he said, backing away (fine, I have never gone back there).
We've had two Samoyeds. It takes daily diligence to keep them well-groomed. We saved the fur from our two, had the fur spun into yarn and made several scarves, wool throws which made wonderful memories of our precious little girls.
I’m adding “If you need me, too bad…” to my list of favorite Vanessa quotes. It’s going up there next to “People are scared of you? That’s embarrassing.” From her shih tzu episode on her 2nd channel.
My great aunts dog got a entire new lease of life when she went to a new family and dropped like half her bodyweight through eating dogfood and going on walks. basically being a regular dog. She loved the walks and her new dog brother and was active and happy like a young dog for many more years. She even got a few tummy tucks when she mammary tumors and the vet had plenty of room to sew her up after removal with all that extra skin. Keeping your pets at a healthy weight makes them feel good and happy.
Thank you for taking the time to work your magic on this sweet boy! As a kid, I had a pet Samoyed. Unfortunately, my mom wasn't aware that double coated dogs shouldn't be shaved and the groomer we took her to didn't say anything. We shaved her every summer ☹Fortunately, she still loved the snow. It wasn't until I found your channel that I learned the truth. Thanks for spreading awareness!
My ma doesn't know about double-coated fur that our dog Tiny potentially has. He's a Shitzu-Bichon mix. It's the Bichon side that makes him double-coated (well given he's a mix, I'm not entirely sure whether he is or not. I just know that Bichons are). But she shaves all our dogs every summer or when they get mats. Our Maltese is prone to mats and fleas so he's usually shaved "naked". We also live in the tropics. They often let us know when it's time for a hair cut (inability to lay still, peeing in the house, etc.). None of our dogs are outside long. They have free access to our backyard which is fenced in with a dog door.
I appreciate that you did not shame the owners nor other groomers. I bet the owners were so frustrated at not being able to find someone who could help, AND I bet local groomers who tried to help wound up very upset, too. So glad you could help them, and maybe Snow can return at a later date for further de-matting. Awesome work!!!
@@5117danielleI had this long train of thought, whereby people will still demote Snow's owners for being unable/unwilling to put their dog into a strict diet regimen, that may or may not include exercising (because, you know, engaging with a separate dog training coach is hard on both the heart and on the wallet). Then afterwards people will _still_ demote/demean the owners again if they had to give up Snow to another willing owner. Along the way, some people will threaten the owners with their lives. I'm not in a good mood today, and I usually have a penchant to see humanity and the future of the world in grim, dark and depressing colours. Maybe I will invest in a coal power plant company more, to spite everyone to death.
@@5117danielle I'm sure they've tried, the trouble is that really thick and dense coat is difficult to get all the way through, especially if you don't have professional grooming tools. He was also getting quite snappy during parts of the groom which would be extremely intimidating for someone who isn't a professional, plus they could be worried about noise complaints with all the barking - there are definitely places where that can have a really negative impact on your living situation if you're renting. It didn't look like he wasn't well-cared for, it's just that his ligament injury made regular grooming vastly more difficult than it probably used to be.
@@5117danielle the issue is that not all dogs can be brushed by their owner, esp when the dog is old and arthritic like this. most ppl dont have professional grooming tools like vanessa which made this much easier. plus this is the kind of dog that genuinely needs regular professional grooming even with brushing tbh, all the ppl ik who do it themselves spend like 3-5 hours doing it every few weeks which not everybody can do for obvious reasons… then if they couldnt get him into a professional they’re shit outta luck sadly
With all of the fluff he was throwing off, his people might want to reconsider his name and call him Blizzard! You got enough fur off of him to make a snowman holiday decoration for your house! Also, I must admit, the Happy Hoodie slid down on his face so that only his snoot was sticking out was hilariously adorable. My hair does that to beanie type knit caps, so I totally feel ya, Snow. We both have hat-rejecting hair.
I hope she lectured us for borderline killing their dog, assuming they are the ones that have owned him for the last year. The matting, and the weight. It's unacceptable.
As someone with spinal degeneration and arthritis (related to scoliosis and spinal surgeries), I very much empathize with this dog during this process. He must have been miserable. And yes, sometimes walking is definitely easier than standing in one place. And fresh air and sunshine makes everything a little more tolerable.
1:43 Thank you for pointing that out. As a hairstylist, people see Guy Tang do these huge transformations on UA-cam and then expects us to do the same in two hours for 200 bucks! ❤
If You need to spend 4-6 hours on one client, I think it's pretty fair to charge for that. I live in a country where I got a fairly specific technique done for like 50$ which took 4 hours, but it was in a small town too, where basic stuff goes for like 30$, and my country is, while expensive for our standards, on a different level to USA. Plus I've been going to the same hairstylist for half of my life, and so does my mom, so we're kind of loyal clients, even though neither of us would refuse to pay a bit more. The prices for basic 1.5-2h service in the capital here varies from 70-140$ depending on your hair length and is much pricier for more advanced techniques. That stuff requires skill and time. What people see on youtube are literally 6-8 hour transformations stuffed and edited to 15-30min. so i suppose it all gets distorted in people's brains that's they can go from dark brown to platinum blond in that amount on time, plus most of the time it's done in collaboration where both parties get something out of it, and usually by big names on the platform and if not, they have the funds to do that stuff in a day, and majority of the populatation forgets about it. It's all very easy untill you try to do it yourself.
@@artcika that's why everyone should watch Siiri Parks and read the comments on her videos, so they know the hairstylists' side and how things actually happen (and why they shouldn't expect things like going from black to platinum blonde in a day)
Seeing a pup in this condition makes me thankful for your channel. If not for the set-up you have and the amount of time you can dedicate to each animal, there are so many pets and owners that would not be able to help. Please keep going as long as you can!

Probably takes 30 minutes to feed him....

Nah, I think he was saying "Water me".

As I sit here petting my german shedder, I realize it could be much worse. LOL. Snow looked very nice when you finished him.
German shedder-hahahaha! 😊
soooo much worse...
German shredder is the perfect moniker for those uber intelligent wonders!
She worked so hard on him. That snowy pile of fur at the end was wonderful. 😂 But 4 hour groom, wow.
U need to try having a hairwash weekend when it's time to wash super curly human hair 😭 washing is the easiest part then u gotta moisturize & detangle & eventually style. Days will pass before u are really done if u are doing it properly
She said she does give the dog breaks during the groom but still …

Love the touch of spraying the fur and putting the bandana on it lol. It literally was as big as Snow lol.
A late summer snowstorm!
With every bark the happy hoody became a blind fold - Snow is very handsome and likely happy not seeing!!!
Wow... now the admiration I have for my Grandma's ability to care for 2 Samoyeds & then their 8 pups (before they were given to family & friends) has grown even more... I never saw them matted or dirty, I remember her feeding them well (real fresh food), they sung, "I love you" when she played the piano... they were just amazing.! ❤❤❤
I love how you do take up and defend other groomers and your willingness to work on difficult dogs.
She’s one of the best.❤

Aww i'm so proud of him! Thank you for doing this!
Had the same experience
You're a saint for working on him. Thank you for everything you do for the pets and their owners
The owners can brush their own dog, it would make the groomers job easier!

Also, I must admit, the Happy Hoodie slid down on his face so that only his snoot was sticking out was hilariously adorable. My hair does that to beanie type knit caps, so I totally feel ya, Snow. We both have hat-rejecting hair.
That’s not a dog, it’s a walking cloud! Well done Vanessa
He seemed happier having his eyes and ears covered. Congratulations on turning this beautiful fluff ball into a dog with swagger❤️

As someone with spinal degeneration and arthritis (related to scoliosis and spinal surgeries), I very much empathize with this dog during this process. He must have been miserable.

He got such a sweet bark.
it has to be the most gentle barks ive ever heard
@@gravity00x. Thus …the ear protection
What a big fluffy boy! Blowing out all of that undercoat must have felt SO good for him.
I think you deserve the Pet Groomer of the Year Award! You earned it! Wow, what patience!!
I LOVE your sense of humour!! I suppose it's necessary when it comes to some of the "more" difficult" dogs you tackle... hehe (aren't they all?!)
The end when they are outside is the best part! Snow looks so happy ❤
His matted hair seems fluffy rainy clouds ❤❤❤
I knew from the beginning that if anyone could help Snow in his predicament, it would be our beloved Vanessa! Thank you for showing love to him. Enjoy your restful nap. You certainly earned it.
Oh, how I've missed you!!! Your videos are so relaxing. We lost our fur baby a few months ago. Thank you for your work.
Aww, Snow is absolutely Gorgeous 🐾 His Big Feets swatting away the comb was funny as was the pile of Fur at the end
Draga djevojko, nevjerovatno si strpljiva, puna ljubavi i razumijevanja .radiš jako prljav, mokar, iscrpljujući i težak posao.želim ti sve najbolje u životu
Vanessa, you deserve a medal for above and beyond the call of duty. Your dedication is incredible. No amount of money can make someone go through that, must be LOVE.
The dramatic ending was too funny and the bandana have to love it! You did an awesome job on a very difficult dog, thanks for sharing
lol the fresh air gave him new legs!! Bless you dear!~!! For all you do! You make this old lady’s day with your humor and your compassion and empathy for animals .. 🙏🏻 💕
I do appreciate your reasonable remarks on dog weight and the comparison of your availability to do these long procedures as opposed to usual grooming. Bravissima!
i like how you use this channel not only to advocate for your self as a professional, but also for your clients, their parents/owners, and other groomers. great work all around!! thank you!!
I really like how you answered every possible question, and never shaming the parents of the beautiful dog! We need to be as kind to our furry friends!
Thank you for lifting his spirits by making him comfortable. 😄
I have learned to think outside the "food box" to give my weight gaining dog a treat. I give him a treat of extra time and attention. Like a walk, a back massage, a comb out (he loves a good back scratch), a game of fetch or cuddle on the couch.
You are amazing. I love how you share your knowledge with us. I also genuinely respect the statement “I do not want to create unrealistic expectations” for other groomers. That is so important and you are awesome for acknowledging that ❤
I love looking at Samoyeds. I imagine it's like hugging a cloud. Happy to see this good boy get cleaned up
Snow in the happie hoodie has got to be the definition of adorable ❤️ what a transformation ❤
