Literally just plugged my machine in got distracted with this video and a movie and i embroidered my first sample shirt together front to back hahaha i love trial and error, lets get it! More learning here i come.
Word!!! Thanks for watching!! The mistakes don’t stop, but happen less often. You have the right attitude. Thanks for watching and the comment! Let’s go! 🔥🔥🔥
@@OnAgainhow do you not thread the whole shirt together?? If the back of the shirt is layed where the bottom thread is then doesn’t the stitch just go through the whole piece of clothing from the back? What is the solution for this
@@ShotbySidHale i placed the hoop bottom in between the shirt. It may look like I placed the bottom of the hoop on the back of the shirt but it was in between. It looks thick from the top view because I had double cut away stabilizer on top of the bottom hoop against the shirt. I hope that answers your question and makes sense. Thanks for watching!🪡
Thank you! Best video tutorial I've seen so far..
Just got a brother pe800 watching your videos to gains some knowledge and insight. Thank you for your post

Nice video! Could you share what tension you use when embroidering your t-shirts?
Hi, where you got the neck ruler and the shirt measuring instructions?
Great video. I’ve had my machine a week and now that I have watched a few of your videos I am going to try to work on a shirt. So far I am loving the machine. Took a minute to thread it consistently correct and to figure out the needle threader. You don’t pull the thread thru after you use the threader and then put it through the foot. Is that editing or am I doing too much?
Nice
Thank you!!! Thanks for watching. Sorry I’m late!! I can’t always see all my comments!!
You only need one stablelizer
If i dont use adhesive, but i tape the tearaway or cutaway, will that mess anything up? Have the same machine and having lots of issues
I wouldn’t use tape if you don’t need it. I would definitely lightly use adhesive spray instead. Please let me know more about the issues you’ve been having. Hopefully we can all learn and find a fix. Thanks for watching!
Do you do anything with the tension?
I haven’t had any real issues yet! If the bobbin comes through on the other side of the design. I uninstalled the bobbin and put it back in. After I replaced the bobbin, the issue went away. I have some designs that I’ll play with the stitch speeds. Thanks for watching and the comment!
How do you get the patch so flat? When i do that my stitches puff up a lot
Sorry for the late response. What kind of stabilizer are you using?
I was thinking about using two sheets of stabilizer from now on too seems to work better. I never go tear away always cut away.
YEAH! I had to learn the hard way. Im still trying to perfect my methods. Every machine is different and every garment is different. Im trying to figure out how to clean the other side of the shirt like the shirts I see at the store!
@@OnAgain listen when you do that please make a video for the content because I would love to know how to as well
@@VacanaratBTubman I got you. I haven’t seen any content on it.
@@OnAgain one day we’ll do an interview together my man peace and blessings
@@OnAgainwhat tension u use
I think one sheet is enough
Thank you for the input!! Thanks for watching. 🫡
Is pe800 suitable for all type of fabric? Can we do embroidery on linen or cotton fabric etc? Ot not?
That is a great question!! First thanks for watching! 🫡 The PE800 is good for most thin items like cotton, poly, poly cotton blends. It can handle hoodies, however, I won’t get a super thick hoodies. It’s not so much the needle🪡 as it is the machines size. I haven’t tried a coat. The limitations come in with garments that are too big for the machine to handle and carry as it stitches/embroiders. I also would say extremely fluffy items such as headbands, and some cotton hats may be difficult to embroider. You may be able to embroider one item however, if you plan on mass producing items for a Etsy shop or in large quantities for customers (with deadlines), I would suggest you tested first before offering it to clients. I hope this answers you question. Thanks again for watching!
Thank you sooo much.. that is helpful for me😊
How do you save the file to use?
To save the files you download the pes file onto a usb memory card. Load them onto the machine. I hope that helps. Thanks for watching!!
Have you had any “safety activated” issues ??
No I have not had any Safety Activated issues. I know Im late with the responding but I would love to hear about what happen or how?
How many inches your design bro?
Sorry for the late response. I had to find the file. It’s 3.14 inches (H) and 3.92 inches (W). Thanks for watching!
did u digitize the design? if so, what program did u use?
No I didn’t digitize it myself. Thanks for watching!! ⭐️
do not pull thread out of the machine from the top. it will ruin the tension. cut it at the top and pull it through at the needle.
A yo.. that joint looks dope 🔥 🥷 thanks for sharing.. thats a decent working machine.. whats the largest it will stitch.??.
Thank you for watching & big thanks for your comment! The PE800 is only supposed to embroider a max size of a 5x7 hoop. However, I have been getting the files split into two separate files and using the 5x12 hoop. Im still perfecting that method but I should be putting a video out next week about using the 5x12 hoop. The PE800 machine does a good job especially for me be new to embroidery.
@@OnAgain ok.. big thanks for responding.. wow.. can't wait to see how you do the up sizing... again I'm a big wu banger that shirt was fire... very impressive #salute.. and thanks again for sharing 🥷
