For the power steering adjuster bolt, I accidentally took the bolt COMPLETELY out, is there any way to get this back in? I've been having some serious trouble trying to get it back in.
I tried to change the idler pulley and serpentine belt but I stripped the nut on the pulley. I used a craftsman low profile damaged bolt /nut remover and that wouldn't even take it off. Do you have any suggestions on what I should do next?

No need to take the pulley tensioner off. With screw driver you go clockwise which will loosen the belt.

What tension should the power steering belt be tightened too?
Couldn't figure out where the power steering oil pump bolt was... just left that belt where it was. Changed the main belt out.
