Well coconut oil can clog the pores and make acne prone skin more problematic so its kinda not good idea to put it on…… on the other hand besan and rice flour is natural exfoliating thing so it should not be used on skin in regular basis I blv!!! Depending on your skin type, pollution and weather please use a mild face wash if you leave the house, use good moisturizer. Best home remedy for soft and clear skin... Massage your face and body with normal coconut oil.. and you can put a face mask with besan , eladi choornam , a pinch of turmeric , green gram powder. You can try separate packs with these or mix together small quantity and make a pack. This worked for me and i m in love with this method ♥️♥️ always remember consistency is needed for all home remedy.. they are gentle and do work with time

Besun is my all time favorite item for skin it can fix every kind of issue ur skin is facing ..... Mix it with yoghurt, milk, or balaai for face pack or simply dry besun u can use for face face it is magic😊 for me❤
Oats, rose and almond scrub
my favourite homemade diy skincare product is rice flour mask. It is pretty easy to make just add 2 tsp of rice flour, few drops of rose water, 4 drops of castor oil and a pinch of turmeric. Prepare a thick paste and apply it on your face and let it rest for 25-30 minutes. It helps in brightening your skin as well as nourishing it.

I tried for 3 months. No fried foods, No outside food, No packaged foods, No sugar, No beverages, No makeup, No deficiencies. Yes balanced meal, yes nuts, yes vegetables, yes hydrated,yes exercise everyday, yes sunscreen. Still I have acne. So for every person some things don't work but it's then we need to use chemicals to control some types of acne by consulting dermatologist. Don't get disheartened

Applying coconut oil before going to bed feels soo good and even you can sleep better especially when it's natural coconut oil, this is my childhood habit and it really works!!(Can also apply to the body after taking a morning shower )
