Ive played n replayed this vid for a while now! After studying it...i plucked up the bottle (0.8ltr) lol...to build one to your spec. Managed to get all the components inc relief valve , n built me one of my own!

I need the regulator press realease presure
One very important thing to remember is that ptfe tape is NOT a sealant. It's a lubricant.
It just makes it easier to seat the different components that perform the sealing.
Using too much tape can prevent getting a good seal.

I was a pipe fitter in a paper mill for 34 yrs and we used ptfe Teflon tape exclusively, the manufacturer had written right on the dispenser to use only 1 wrap of Teflon tape in the direction of threads. Not wrap after wrap
Technical 1 wrap wont stay on. It needs to overlap. Plus ive seen numerous times even 2 wraps not seal off from steel to aluminum. Steel to steel, yeah 2 is enough.
There are several different types pf ptfe tape which have different applications and use requirements. Water, LPA and HPA can use the same type, but there is another one in particular for LPG which is noticeably thicker. Also, different manufacturers have different instructions. On top of those there are also building codes and safety organizations with even more details.
Absolutely excellent tutorial Steve, I'll be using most of your suggestions on a Brewing carbonation project using CalGas tanks with c-10 outlets.

Right you need an output of 3000psi to fill. Amazon sells 4500 PSI regulator with 1600-3000psi adjustable output. Otherwise great video and thanks for sharing.

What was the output pressure rating on your 4500 PSI regulator. Is it set at 800 PSI ?

I’m not sure I understand. Why do some 300 bar 4L air tanks cost $200 and why do some cost $500? Are the cheaper ones scuba tanks?
Wher can I get the safety valve burst discs, that can be putt in the housing, this brass looking discs in different psi ratings, I find it a waste to buy the complete burst disc housings and they are not cheap.

No... the regulator dial is x1000. I use these to fill PCP air rifles.
Steve, Montanabush is posing a valid question. Just because the gauge says 1000 PSI doesn't mean you get 1000 PSI if the regulator is set to 800 PSI. In the info for the .5 L bottle with regulator it says the reg is set at 800 PSI. How are you getting 3000 psi to air up your guns or even 2800 if that is your preferred fill to point? Did you alter the reg on the bottle to achieve your desired fill level by changing the shimming internally in the reg?
You can buy à regulator with 2200 or 2800 psi out pressure
Great video, roaming the internet in search of the on/off valve but with no luck. At least not one that is capable of handling 3000PSI output. Can you add the link ones more?

That is not a bike pump, i is a PCP high pressure hand pump.
