Thanks! The entire time I was doing it I did have the though, if this is terrible, I'll just pay to have to relined, but I was happy with the final result!
To get the foam off, the nylon brush worked great. And a wire brush worked pretty well also. You do have to be careful with the powered brush around the openings. My buddy had to replace another headliner and get the foam off, the headliner was wet from a roof leak, he said the foam was a gooey mess when wet, so I wouldn't recommend pressure washing it.

I was going to powerwash mine but if this is non damaging then ill be happy to try this.
