I've got some info from Google. I did a google lens search, and it says it's an Adly, model FC-25 E-bike Fun Cruiser made in 2010 (you can find all the specs easily by researching this brand and model). The pictures of that model are the exact same as yours, except for the sticker on the back. Adly is a taiwanese company. Jehm Powersports is a company in Michigan. From what I could find, they import ATVs, scooters and parts provided by Adly. My guess is, your bike was made in Taiwan, imported to the US by Jehm, who put their sticker on it and then sold it with Adly's blessing. Hope it helps.
