1:25 big balls that just side around?
Grow up🙄
Gloria Garcia have a sense of humor 😑
It is a problem rarely discussed...lol
You know you are getting old when you are impressed by how sharp the knife is
I feel like such a loser having to youtube this
Dont be. Its better to learn rn then never
Masked Piano Player nah, it’s better to watch the pros to become a pro.
I did the same just today lol
same
There's no shame in learning, but there's a shame being intentfully ignorant
I eat melons in this way : 1. cut the melon in half
2. take a spoon
3.Get serious bellyache !
+tazeris you away so much it hurts. But the bellyache is worth it. Watermelon is life. I did hat more than five times. You aren't alone sir. Not alone.
ErasedMe real #facts on facts
Yup
Oh yeah me too!!! It felt like I was the only one who eat watermelon like that!! Good to know I’m not alone. Yet, I want to try this way of cutting 🍉. Love 🍉!! My body loves me for it. My porcelain throne tires of me!! 😂
what did you do, did you eat the spoon?
Finally, after all these years, you showed me how to cut without waste. THanks
Legit just moved out. Never had to do shit in the kitchen. I needed this. This really helped me out! Thank you!
Use the white of the rind for juicing with apples, kale, ginger, celery, and lemon. Delicious and super healthy.
Thank you Mr Chris! God is great...I had brought a watermelon for a few days and was trying to figure out how to cut it! I will go with your first segment. As we speak it is so much easier to work with when cutting! God bless have a wonderful day
Thank you!! That looked so easy. No more buying precut or trying to cut the rind of a rolling watermelon anymore.
Great job. I enjoyed learning.
Thank you Tundra! This tutorial helped me make myself as juicy as my watermelon
I love watermelon
Pickled watermelon rind is a delicacy I haven't had in years. It used to be a staple at weddings and bar mitzvah parties.
Thank you sir! The 2nd method is for me the best ^^
Thank you! This is the best method I have seen so far!
Instructions unclear, my watermelon burned.
This is hilarious
lol
I like your method best of all the methods I watched. Thanks
I never cut off the rind. It's actually my favourite part of eating a watermelon.
so that's how you cut a watermelon 😳 last time I cut one I knew I was not doing it right! today imma cut another watermelon and I sure hope It comes out like this
Ailin lmfaoo rightt
agree. getting some small bites of the green is very good
thank for those helpful tips
Thank you sir this was very helpful 😂👍🏻
Just eat with shell on, easy to hold and taste much better that way.
Thank u king
Neat - who would have ever thought to turn the watermelon over - I always struggled to try and slice it the other way - ended up with one huge MESS :) Thank you for the video
nice work
Now that was nicely done.
I use the Carribbean method, quarter the melon. Take one of the 4 quarters and make slices in 1/2 if it, then cut the bottom near rind so the slices just fall off. Then turn it around and repeat on the other 1/2. Very quick method. Thanks for the tip on picking a ripe melon - that’s the hardest part 😱
Why are you watching if you know how to cut watermelon
@@Amirnxtdoor Because I’m always looking for faster / different ways to prepare food. I’m intelligent enough to realize that I don’t know everything in life, and that we never stop learning.
Unlike you, I came here to learn not make snarky comments.
I like having the green part I feel like it’s easier to hold
"The watermelons are big balls that just slide around"
😅😅😅
Awesome!!!
Excellent video!
Thanks
00:50 I make a crooked cut too every time. I don't get it.
LuKasAV6 everyone does
And a nice SHARP knife is also a good strategy.
Thanks man your the best
Nice
1:28 "The watermelons are just BIG balls that slide around"
lol
( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
One of the best I've seen. Thank you!
what a cool guy
I cut watermelon the 2nd way in the video. I cut them into spears. And I find this really helps.......Put a couple of folded paper towels underneath the watermelon you are cutting. They soak up the excess juice while you are cutting Makes clean up a snap.
Wow!! Thank you!!
Oh my, thank you for the easy cutting
wow what a nice man, thanks dawg!
Good job dude ! 😋
A little bit of the rind does not hurt anything. Also, the at "horrid" rind can be pickled, making a great pickled side dish.
It hurts the taste
Thats what it hurts
Sweet..............................
That watermelon be so good family
I liked the first method best. Thanks.
Always wash your watermelon rind before cutting.
What the fuck is the point in that
@@uziixyz , What Eric Paquin says! Any fruit with a rind that you cut into, you should wash first. Because of the bacteria you would be cutting then dragging into the flesh.
Winey Exactly! Some people have never been introduced to cleanliness!
After slicing, I use a paring knife to trim. I cut a grapefruit with the second method.
Very good 👍
Great 👍🏽 I love it
I have never had any luck with a light field spot on a watermelon. The same with light red "meat" like the chef said, I want deep dark sweet red color. For the field spot, I want to see yellow. If it is light it was not ripened very long, if at all in the field. .02 worth.
It has to be yellow to be the sweetest!
Ok. Best so far.
So sweet and safe!
what should I do if I find spider webs in my watermelon?, and is it safe to eat if its a dark red and not a bright red?
Chase Lee pls don’t eat that
Gotta go buy watermelon now~!
Very helpful
thanksss
Just use the second method but cut the top and bottom of the watermelon first so that you have a flat surface. Then cut the rind off.
That's exactly how it should be done. No waste, less mess. I do it to all my melons
i learned how to cute a watermelon I'm so happy
white part is good for white cells
Thanks For The Video!! 😁
Looking tasty Chris ‼️
🍃🌺🍃👏🏻👏🏻
What's this type of knife called?
Thanks!!!!!
This video made my day I didn't know watermelons were in just like balls
Goo goo gaa gaa
That’s a sharp knife
Thats good shit!
Awesome video I myself am big on watermelon especially here in the hot south. What type of knife were you using on this video by chance. I have several myself but can be tough to cut due to the blade.
Nice question marks in captions.
Great presentation and a damn good looking man!
thanks
niicee, i like the 1st way of cutting.
Denise Sillers me 2
When i slice my watermelon open, it cracks first so i really dont get that perfect slice actually 😔
When your watermelon cracks as you slice it that means it’s a good one. This guys watermelon wasn’t great because it didn’t have a sugar spot on it.
🍉 WATERMELON🍉 MMMM YUM YUM YUM 🤤

Tyler Rice ok

The first thing that needs to be done before cutting a watermelon and putting it in a sink of vinegar water to clean it!
i can’t believe i forgot how to cut a watermelon so i had to search it up lmfao
I followed this to cut a watermelon. I need more practice 😅, but at least I have watermelon now.
I'm here because I got a watermelon sitting at home on my dinning table and im wondering how to cut my watermelon because its been sitting there for about 2 weeks....
AE, That can't be true. If you leave it there on the table for that long especially if is hot the watermelon would start spoiling and smell like alcohol and you have to throw it away. I had a watermelon sitting there on the dining table for 4 days, and on the fourth day I notice water dripping down from the table to the floor. I started to open it to cut in two halfs to put it in bags to throw away because the melon was real soft and smelled like alcohol. The garbage bin loved it.
@@auletjohnast03638 that depends how long it’s been in the store before buying it🤦♂️ 🧠
@@auletjohnast03638 this can’t be true what a donut 🍩 you are
@@stevelinks4880, Try it and see what happens. You're such a squash.
@@auletjohnast03638 did you read what i put 😂😂 what a tool , try what ? there in supermarkets for a long time or can be , the point is how do you know how long it’s been in the store for. i think your brain is squash. you intelligence show by what you have replied saying. good job , but red in the face 👍
cool man
1:25. "Big balls that slide around" did anyone else catch that?
Yes? Now grow up, kid. .
@@isntshelovely5823 Now, lighten up grandma.
Nice! Your fruit killing skills are remarkable!
1:06 “... The brain surgeon...”
Tyler Rice ok
Watermelons seem to never go bad.
I DON'T CUT THE WATERMELON INTO LITTLE CUBES. I SLICE IT INTO HALF'S AND TRIANGLES PUT THEM IN A BOWL AND INTO THE REFRIGERATOR. THEN WHILE WATCHING TV I HAVE A SLICE OF WATERMELON IN MY HAND. I START EATING THE RED ALL THE WAY DOWN TO THE WHITE AND THEN START EATING THE WHITE DOWN TO THE GREEN SHELL OF THE MELON. AND THAT'S THE WAY YOU EAT A WATERMELON.
Instead of triangles, try spears! So much less work!
My sister eats the whole watermelon
COOL =)
1:28 i got that same problem
This video is Watermelon Baby Approved!
Great ! Thanks !

зачем так мелко... непонятно!!!
The kind is really nutritious
You need to wash the watermelon first before you cut it.
XCELCIER is this a joke
What!!? All you need to do is wash your Hands! The inside cant be cleaner!
im pretty sure thats obvious does he mention you need to have a clean knife and clean board have a hairnet come now COME ON
I just came here to pick on the people who don't know how to cut watermelon yet
but I love the hard white untasty part of the melon..
A small watermelon that weighs alot of weight? It's more safe? Bwahahahahahahah!
Anytime you're buying a melon, (also goes for onions, avocado, pumpkin, squash, all citrus fruits): remember to pick ones "heavy for its size"; more juice & soft flesh; you end up with a better product.
It felt like cutting a watery biscuit like steak x)
1 million people don't know how to cut a watermelon
