How to connect up 1-way and 2-way lighting with a fan

In this video Liam asked if I could just go through some wiring diagrams with him, as he felt like he wasn't entirely sure how to connect switches and fans up. It turns out that he had a pretty good idea, he just lacked confidence, and he was also 2nd fixing other peoples 1st fix which hadn't been labelled. That is always going to confuse anyone and require belling the cables out to ascertain their function, which will always take time.

At 18:17, if that cable on the left is the feed then the cable in the middle would simply be switch live and neutral so you wouldn't have to sleeve anything.
