It depends on how many times you repeat the movements! If you do this exercises just for a fill reps, like 10 or 15 reps, you'll get an ativation movement. If you do all these repetitions like her video, it counts as a strength exercise, because a great number of reps makes the same effect as weights on our muscles! 😊
Make sure you lift your legs off the floor by squeezing your glutes. Keep your upper body on the floor without arching your back because then it turns to booty/back exercise

Hi Alessia, there are only as many booty exercises to grow your booty effectively. I always recommend to stick to the proven same exercises rather trying different ones that don’t target the glute muscle very effectively. The exercises are same but I try to always create different challenges and format of the workouts while prioritising our results. You can use bands and weights with any of my workouts if you like to progress and challenge yourself. My main audience is based on no equipment workouts therefore you see many no equipment workouts on my channel. My booty boost program offers many exercises that are possible with weights only and it is an amazing progressively overloaded program if no equipment workouts are not challenging enough for you. However i post workouts with weights as well here on UA-cam. There is one coming in a few hours and its a killer! You should try that one ☺️ Regarding this video.. it is a 14 day challenge which you can do for 2 weeks as a single video and don’t need to combine it with any other videos. It makes the training more interesting to include 2 week challenge like this here and there 🌸🌸🫶🫶
I have been doing her workouts for over 2 years and they certainly not a warm up for me.. it doesn’t get easier! You should try combining 2 shorter workouts together. Ivana please don’t change anything about your workouts! They helped me so much and I only get results from your ones ❤💋

I’m confused .i started out with all these exercises before I started going to the gym.Then I hear they are only for activation before a workout.
If you're at the gym now (congrats ‼️), you can use these as your main workout or as an activation before your main workout.

Glute max.. you can do frog taps. Basically you hold frog beats at the top without returning to the floor and tap you feet together ☺️🥰🥰
