My QueenBee Pro 1515 arrived this morning and ive just followed your video on the spoil board support assembly, ive gone on and built up the X and Y rails as I got bored waiting for the next video................. chop chop ;o)
@@IllDoItMyself Its only 3:31am here in the UK.................. im up for it lol determined to get this done by tomorrow. Are you going to clean and re-grease your H15C linear guide bearing blocks? Ive just this minute installed just the blocks onto the linear rails for a trial and theyre very sticky and jerky movement. I saw someone elses video where he cleaned them in a degreaser with cotton buds to rid them of anti corrosive gunk and re applied white grease. Is this something youve considered?
@@IllDoItMyself Scrap that, I just realised it was actually your own video I was referring too dated 22nd Oct 2020 Heres a link incase someone else comes across this assembly video and may not of seen your earlier videos ua-cam.com/video/x0iO7W-qYe0/v-deo.html Going to be doing this myself 1st thing tomorrow when ive got some more grease.
Thanks man, this is best instructions about assembly the QueenBee Pro. You help me a lot. There is a missing items on my package: 1. Spindle mount. 2. Lead Screw tensioning tool ( I found only one pcs on my package)
Hi love the content. I have a question I have the Bulkman 3D 1500x15000 CNC with the STB5100 Mach 3 controller and the Laser module. Could you do a video on wiring and setting up the laser? Or could by chance point me in the right direction?
How do you find i compares to the orginal CNC3D Queenbee? It seems like there are some substantial design changes like the new end plates and additional linear rails on the Y Axis.
@I'll Do It Myself, Great idea for a video series. I will be going through the rest of them. I am very interested in ordering and was wondering if any has experience with shipping the Queenbee pro into the USA from Ali or Bulkmand3D. One of my major concerns would the customs and tariffs process (expected tariffs fees), and units being stopped at customs. Thank you in advance.
Thanks so much for posting this vide/series I have been on the fence about buying this cnc, there just isn't a lot of support for it, I am more of a woodworker than a controller programmer. For ease of use I was going to go with Openbuilds Blakbox controller, what are your thoughts? Mark, 🇨🇦
Hey Mark. I haven't used the blackbox myself. But many have and most love it. I will be installing an CNC Pro V5 controller shortly. That would be another option.
@@IllDoItMyself, cool really looking forward to the rest of this series , good work with the 3d printed items for this build, please respond if you happen to post a promotion code
Great stuff! I'm in the market for this kit and looking at the xpro V5 option. Keen for that promo code! Keep up these great contents!
Where can I find the promo code? :-D

Hey Darrick, ask in the facebook group "CNC Router Workbee from China". Lots of people in the US that have ordered the Bulkman3D Kit.
