Today we are making crispy hash browns on the Blackstone griddle. This is the way I was taught in the restaurant world. This method has been very useful with the Blackstone. I hope this video helps a few of my fellow Griddlers out. Thanks again for watching. I would love to hear your tips and tricks in the comment section.

There are a few videos out there showing this particular product and following the instructions on the box exactly or not so much. Do you follow the instructions on this brand's carton exactly? I mean, do you use hot water or room temp water? Stuff like that. Thanks in advance!

Amazon link, TORIS Stainless Steel Woven Wire Mesh Cabinets Wire Mesh Air Vent Mesh Security Mesh Window Screen Mesh 11.8"X8.2"(300X 210mm) 2 Pack. I used this mesh to make a block for the grease trap. Cut it to size and bent it over the back of the grill. Dishwasher safe and sanitary. Made it easy to slide to the side on the lip to clean the grill. No more hot tools for the griddle.
