🍳 INGREDIENTS 🍳
Beef loin or sirloin 1 kg
Salt to taste
Pepper as needed
Rosemary 2 sprig
Sage 6 leaf
Extra virgin olive oil to taste
White wine 200ml
🍳 PREPARATION 🍳

Salve a tutti, tra gli ingredienti ci sn 200ml di vino,ma nn ho capito o più semplicemente nn l'ho visto utilizzare. Come mai, viene elencato ma nn utilizzato?
