I noticed that too and brought it back to exchange. There were 6 more grills without rear damper slides on them. I figured it was designed that way or it's some kind of manufacturing defect. I thought about just getting a refund, but decided to keep it. It was only like $50 so whatever. The metal pieces that hold the actual grill in place are garbage. I can bend them by barely pushing on them. Not sure how well they'll hold up.
I paid $50 for mine 10 years ago. Still is in great condition. $5 a year ain’t so bad!!!
I love this grill. Its the only grill I use for charcoal. I use my big webber for smoking.
Am i suppose to remove the sticker of the american flag that on top
Of the grill or can i just use it with the sticker on it
Just take it off you don’t need it it’s just gonna look ugly after the first cook😅
if you’re real american you’ll leave that flag right where it is buddy boy
why the back side doesnt have a sliding vent?
Also, what’s the extra holes for?
The one I bought at Walmart has holes in the black side which can open and close up

Anyone else realize that the grill grate is made in China? Supposed to be a made in USA grill….
