"so were going to start with ground wagyu." ok this video isnt for me or anyone making burgers in real life.....
I'm watching this because my neighbor is slow cooking hamburgers and I am getting hungry.
You guys should have a cook off!
@@CowboyCharcoal we talked about it and I'm planning on doing pork ribs this summer for a cook off!
How'd it go?
@@Alayalay88how was the cook off

This clip makes me and my future wife want to have our own similar weekly show in weekends and have cooking fun!
I learned a lot here about grilling. And I also learned that I might be the devil because the way I like my burger is well done with cheese. Nothing else. 😂
If you are using store bought groundbeef it should be well down.
Aint nothing wrong with cooking for how YOU like it!! 🤠
I just watched a video and he said everything opposite of this 😂 everyone has their own way
This really is a perfect guide. I know what I’m doing but i always like to see what others do. This truly is perfect.
Every way you cook is fine. BUT, I bought the same glove at Lowe's (For my yard). I would never use that kind of glove for mixing any food.
Tasty microplastics.
*Bought for my son. We have had one for years, works great. Can cook indirect and smoke meat. Done chicken, ribs, turkey, and the regular **MyBest.Kitchen** hot dogs and sausages. Excellent grill*
What’s it called?
Should I buy this grill? Is recommend. Looks so fragile
Awesome 😎 grilling some today!!
Whoa! 🤠🍔 Tag us in pics so we can see!
looks amazing! that slice of tomato was almost the same girth as a the patty lol
Grocery store ground beef tends to be perfect, idk what you're talking about needing wagyu.
It tends to be about 70 to 80% lean which is great for burgers. Just don't get something with gristle, but if you like cooking, you already know which supermarket gives you that
Awesome looking burgers.
Thank you 😋
Looks awesome, I don’t have or use a thermometer so 4-5 minutes on each side for medium sounds perfect. Thanks 👍
Looks like a frickin awesome burger brah !
i need a grill now
Marbling in ground beef? Most of us just call that fat.
Yep, I agree, 145 is about perfect for a BBQ burger - juicy and perfect inside.
Thanks!
Understanding the Levels of Doneness for Hamburger Patties
Rare has an internal temperature of 125°F and is completely pink throughout the burger.
Medium-rare has an internal temperature of 135°F and is just slight brown inside near the crust of the burger.
Medium has an internal temperature of 145°F and a center that is slightly pink while the rest of the meat inside is brown
Well-done has an internal temperature of 160 °F and is completely browned throughout the inside.
The USDA recommends cooking ground beef to an internal temperature of 160 °F to ensure you’ve killed any harmful bacteria.
@@BlackPanther-yv7ib True, but as Hellen Rennie points out, more people die from riding bicycles than from eating medium rare burgers. 😃
Just finished making charcoal grill burgers and got this in my recommended lol
hahaha, funny how that works.
Cool video. Those gloves though. Feels like I was watching how to do my own car brakes in my garage.
What temperature do you get the grill to? How do you get it at that temperature? How do I arrange the coals? How long do I pre cook the coals?
for grilling, typically 450F+, if you're searing steaks the higher the better. I use Lump charcoal because it burns hotter compared to briquettes. in order to get those temps, open ALL dampers fully. more airflow, more heat. when cooking on Charcoal, it's typically a good idea to put the coals on 1 side. that's called 2 zone grilling. hot side / cool side. when using a charocal chimney, coals are generally ready to go in about 15 mins or so after being lit.

4 words, Tony Chacheres - Spatula tongs. Never tear up a burger again.
Thats assuming you season your grill often enough
My buns are nice and round too!
A good burger a day keeps the doctor away. I'm using my 1st bag of cowboy charcoal for my video's this week, so far it works real good.
Hi there, what is key to make sure that burger don’t break when put in the grill ?
Thats a great Q. Make sure to chill the meat before putting it on the grill. If it gets too warm, it's likely to break apart.
thank you for awesome video! Please tell me what name this charcoal grill?
This is a Primo grill
@@CowboyCharcoal thank you!
Dang hungry after this here going get me a burger now
I like your video. My gas grill broke. I put charcoal in the grill. I use it as charcoal grill. I like charcoal grill better than gas grill
Briquettes added to lump hardwood on a Primo? Hmmmm, Is that recommended?
Great grill ideas...especially the onion on the grill...but that's totally green screen
Nice crib
How long does it stay on grill for usually?
4 min each side brah
Bro made a crabby patty
“Our buns are nice and round.”
Mmmm…
Can you do a video on the best gloves to use?
Great idea - we will make sure to give ideas on our favorite grilling gloves in a future video!
🤙
Grease with butter?
Great video!! I think onion on the coals is a great idea and some famous smokehouse does it. But, if there is oil left on the onion I think it would cause extra flare ups. 🤷♂️
You always want to be cautious of flare ups. We keep a squirt bottle of water near by when grilling just in case.
u make me want to eat my iphone 11
What’s the name of your grill
The meats been through the grinder, I don't think mixing it up with ur hands will do any harm. Just saying
I love to fuckin cook. Never did too much cooking when I was younger, but now I think of it as a right of passage into manhood.
Hope you washed your hands before you toasted those buns
So what was the cook time of the burger?!?
just get you a instant read meat thermometer, somewhere between 145f to 160f internal temp (depending on your personal preference) will get you a great burger.
4 a side like the video fucking said lol
Why those gloves? Nice vid though. Ty.
Why did u flip the burger alot?
Even cooking. These had a high fat content so it just allowed the burger to be rotated and cooked evenly.
You mumbled the one bit of information I wanted to hear, 15 or 50% mesquite? That's a big difference.
15% real mesquite wood
He only used one zone for the burgers.🤷🏻♂️
Careful, many wood species can have reddish heartwood so color alone is not a reliable way to identify wood chunks like those.
