There’s no PS5 Pro patch so there no visual changes, however the gain of performance you get from PS5 Pro could solve the slight framerate issues and / or maintain a higher resolution in the performance mode that use dynamic resolution.
Thank you for pointing out the fact that it will now hold a higher resolution in performance mode. Alot of people aren't understanding that. Games that use dynamic resolution will all benefit and look better now, patch is not needed for that.
this is great, cuz Frontiers did have some frame drops, especially in Final Horizon. I figure that the PS5 Pro will have cleaned those up, thus removing the need to use VRR in this game
@@Phamtheman69 He is not playing in 60 FPS in graphics mode though. It's 30 FPS. You can clearly see the difference in fluidity when he changes to performance mode at around the 7:50 mark. So... it's the exact same experience as OG PS5, and that's because Frontiers isn't Pro Enhanced.
The only difference I spotted was the lighting being better and has a more accurate saturation. Overall, it’s quite literally the same console with a tiny TB upgrade 🤔
@bizmak3116 whatever you're spotting is probably placebo as there really isn't supposed to be any difference between the two so long as there's no update to utilize the Pro's power.
I finished this two times i enjoy this game a lot cant wait for frontiers 2
Hopefully they son't messed up the sequel

It’d be cool if developers actually optimized their games for mid gen refreshes.

@@Selxis Yeah, in all reality, this is still 1440p @ 60 fps
