Incredible work mate, you've got some of the best Avalon footage on YT i've seen! Beautifully filmed as per usual!

Thanks. I was in a right place at the right time. Of course, I had to move to a spot next to runway but it was of course all full by then. So I set up next to northern taxi way for the rest of the day. You need full 3 days to film everything. I had to fly back to Sydney on the same day, so I pretty much missed half the show. But I'm glad I got to film F-35 & F-22. You guys in Melbourne are so lucky to have Avalon every 2 years.

Front spots go almost instantaneously on weekends; it's unreal! Yeah, 3 days atleast to get everything or have a few goes to get the best possible shot of a few of the displays. Ahh, atleast you got to see the F35 & F22!

so glad you captured the Lear 45, one of my favourite aircrat. Captain Peter Phillips started the week a bit sloppy but he pulled it in tight for the public days. Nothing like doing 350 knots at 150 feet while sipping on a cold drink .... fighter jets ..... meh!!!

Yawn...we took (my old man...AG pilot 24K hours...and has no business in a Lear) from DEN to LAS to ABQ then DEN in an afternoon/day...first, the pilot demo'd the climb rate...WOW, near vertical. My old man was allowed to take control...snap left 90, straight then snap right 90...(not sure he meant this) one of the engines flamed out. I've never heard/seen so MANY sounds/lights...the avionics were all lit. At this point, I was up front wondering what the hell was going on. So everything went to somewhat serious mode...restarted the engine and kept going. Bloody FANTASTIC DAY. Lears can do amazing things...don't know why this guy didn't allow that to happen.
