This is one band I never saw live and never came around or I would have, and that was my favorite CD back then. Reading posts here I'm having more regrets not seeing them.

Contrary to popular rumor, he was never in the band. He knew them when they used to rehearse in the same studios in Chicago circa 1989-1990. Some interview says he was a member after Alex was no longer in the band but all members have said they never asked nor saw him or spoke to him since 1992 and was never in the band or recorded with anyone of them.

@SoxonProductions Couldnt agree with you more, not to mention the live sound Joe Starr at Lamour in Brooklyn would hook them up with.. And the sound boys at the Limelight (Old Gothic Church in NYC converted to a den of iniquity) Look for a post describes how I forked my girl there while they played, sound was so awesome, band was so rocking that she caught it to the tank..Yeah, these videos do no justice, the level of intensity, sound and the quality of their music and Stan the man was just it

Oop-I meant to hit "reply" not remove with your first comment. Been a long day... Anyways all 4 times I saw them Brian played "Train". Plus he played it here and in the other vids. I think they were kidding you and just wanted to change the set list. Trust me, the man CAN play it perfectly-unless he has a bad leg or was ill.

Wasn't trashing him, just a funny story. he agreed to it at the time, so I assumed it was true. Don't know what era these videos are. Maybe he started playing it more at some point? Love these guys!

I've got the un mixed demo cassette of The Silent Majority on cassette from Brian Horak. I was friends with all of them. Stan used to come up and hug me before, during, and after shows. (Totally disgusting!) He got blown sitting on the toilet after THIS show by the club owners Wife!!! True story. I used to train Alex. He was getting in shape to go play in England with a remade Hanoii Rocks I think it was. Miss these cats. They fuckin' killed. Should have seen after NAMM at The Troubador! EPIC!

I'd love to see a concert with Stanley and Tony Clifton. Their odor would cancel each other out!
