6:00 LIKEEEEEE????? omg i wanted to rant about this but one of the best parts of aespa was giving half the group more softer magic powers cause i’m a huge fan of soft magic and i love the sort of STEM aspect that comes from ningselle’s-but i have felt like sm never appreciated that and at a certain point everything felt like the winrina show. they don’t seem to care much about letting ningselle showcase their abilities in major plot advancing ways in music videos, black mamba and savage was fr the only times-but doing away with it altogether is INSANE. someone else said drama feels like they’re soft launching the rebrand and eventually the powers will just be novelty pieces in the art direction 💔
Same here! I love their powers too! And Literally!!! I noticed that when ‘girls’ was released tbh. Like it was mainly karina and winter getting the shine like you said! And it makes me so sad! Like why create something crucial for their characters and lore and not use it! Like where is the continuity??? And i really hope that isn’t the case but it definitely seems that way! When i watched the video for the first time i was so confused. And then aespa saying in their live “we changed powers guys” and im like what happened??? it’s so frustrating to see 😭
@@kabatheworld right? i was like why would y’all change powers :( i thought the whole point of the first two years was seeing the girls train and develop these powers in order to defeat black mamba then of course other villains. and what makes it even more fcked is the fact that it now betrays their original synk videos ): i’m honest to god hoping this just some off episode LMFAOOOO because imma be REAL upset if ning ning start fr doing combat from here on out
EXACTLY!!! Where is the plot?! I hope it’s just a random thing too / cause how can their team mess up something that crucial!! It doesn’t make sense at all! And wow, I didn’t even think about the synk videos! That’s upsetting… Yeah! I agree! If the next comeback has her fighting i wouldn’t know what to do 😭
I always love seeing people giving comebacks or revamping comebacks and this video was not an exception! (I have also done some of this for fun and want to make a video about them in the future, but I digress) Overall, this was a really solid video. Excited to see what you come with up next and have a good day!

Exactly!!! Like we could’ve pushed the album/mv drop date up and got rid of the videos all together lol But if they wanna keep them SO BAD, make it purposeful!!! Don’t just throw random things at the wall and hope it’ll stick
they could maybe use the solo track they gave the girls on tour or something similar to those since they never ended up releasing them and i think they fit drama 🤔
Yeah, i see what you’re saying! Having a proper studio versions of those solo tracks would be good but some of the solo songs I wouldn’t put on the album personally. I think Karina’s fit the most whereas the rest of the members songs feel like b-sides on their personal solo albums.
Lol that’s completely understandable! It’s definitely not their strongest title track imo but it has grown on me since release. I just miss aespa’s roots 😭
