Hi.from Houston tx...I was told that I need to make sure my video with the product linked has to be published/ running for 3 days at least in order to be considered a shopable video and for tiktok to mark my video as completed so I don't get flaged for not posting in time....do you know how to do this??? I think you have to have it on hand because you have 3 days to ship out the product

My issue is have my brand authorized. I have uploaded all the document from USPTO possible and TTS keep rejecting it, and It's been over a month and no help from "escalation team" in resolving it. So how do we submit and what certificate are they looking for on brand authorization. I have submitted photos of the electronic certificate, the hard copy USPTO sent me. I don't know TTS wants
