yeah no with that talisman the agro changes where instead of doing the most damage you have to just attack the enemy once to gain agro...if your friend was outside he wouldn't be able to attack not cool to lie dude

Where did you learn this? I specifically use a cross bow when people summon me just to quickly hit the boss from far away and pull agro? I do it all the time and it works but I'm definitely only doing like 80 damage most of the time 😂
That thing is such a scam My mimic tear has that on him and is crackling away at the boss I'm looking into the boss's direction and he orders a tactical assault on me

Ok so this is actually becouse of how the talisman is worded It does not draw a larger amount of agro onto you it makes your detection range bigger meaning enemies will see you and lock onto you first. That doesent mean they will stay locked onto you.
Yeah. Ive tried Shabriris woe. My buddy is a Sorcery user and im pure strength. I can tank hits that 1 shot him so I try to pull aggro as much as possible. Problem is the idiot doesnt seem to understand how aggro works. He just keeps spamming quick sorceries, so he basically always has the aggro. I do more damage per hit by a huge margin, but his range allows him to hit 5 times for every 1 of my attacks. Dude just cant help but spam spells and usually ends up dead. Not a big deal when I summon him, but its so annoying when he repeatedly dies like 45 secs into the 25th attempt of a boss after we just beat the same exact boss in 2 tries on my world. He ends up spamming spells, getting aggro, and then running in circles spamming more spells. Like bro. Im not a ranged user. I cant hit the boss when youre constantly forcing them to run in circles chasing you. Its bad. Its to the point I had to heavily invest into faith so I can just follow him healing him through most fights.
For context, that talisman gains the attention of the enemy. It's great for tanks or high level players who are helping their friends with a difficult boss or area.
I'm lvl 712 and it's weird because I remember at the beginning I had to either be a mage or a tank. Now I can duel wield the heaviest of weapons use any vig,min,End,str,dex,int,faith I can use any and all incantations and sorceries. The only one I have left to finish is arcane. I'm at arcane 60 and it's so expensive to lvl up🥲🥲
@@Blossemfalleventually you'll get to where I am. I'm at the point where clearing the game 4 times won't give me enough runes to level up once. Its super funny how people react after I use grand magic after rolling like I weigh a feather in the heaviest set in the game. So the grind is worth it.
That talisman worked for me 2 years ago and at some point they changed its effectiveness. Now it’s useless. Put it on Mimic Tear and the boss absolutely could care less, even with Mimic going full aggressive. But I have gameplay recorded where it used to work as described and would make Mimic the tank. R.I.P.

@@emacifan There is no yellow- Gold colored. Glintstone sorcery. the only spell inaction that looks like this and reminds me of is Elden stars, big yellow ball that shoots out a lot of projectiles… I also don’t know why the tree spirit wanted to eat the orb
@@TJKingYT yes but elden stars isn't stationary like that. I just looked up magic downpour and it's pretty much the exact same effect. It's a carian sorcery tho

This talisman is actually super useful when fighting Millicent's sisters, otherwise they kill her very quickly. Just don't runaway too far.
The ranged battle is relatable, I personally prefer using radahn’s great bow’s special attack. It’s too overpowered

That's usually how I prefer to deal with Ulcerated Tree Spirits, don't feel like getting smacked around and hard knock downs every other hit they do.

Talisman do work on mimics, but idk about sharbriris woe
@salyer125 shabriri's woe does work on mimic, only one it doesn't work on is host, unfortunately DLC enemies actively ignore the talisman

That talisman worked for me 2 years ago and at some point they changed its effectiveness. Now it’s useless. Put it on Mimic Tear and the boss absolutely could care less, even with Mimic going full aggressive. But I have gameplay recorded where it used to work as described and would make Mimic the tank.
