I despise the omnistone rune. Sure I wasn't a big fan of the RNG Kleptomancy but they went from bad to worse.
Klepto was just too strong, they had to get rid of it. I am just not sure on when to use the omnistone.

It’s only a short temporary buff. A more aggressive baron style buff

That jungle thing is actually really terrifying and unbelievable as far as punishment goes. Especially because their are some junglers that are feast or famine based.
Mages win early game with one item. Can basically 1 shot a squishy with just ludens. So mid game 2 items they are 1 shotting squishys. Late game they can burst out tanks. Yet not a single NERF to the mage items in the game. But riots like hey let's nerf conq because it's negating tanks. No good Mr itemisation and crazy efficient mage items is what's killing tanks.
Actually, right now, midlaners are massively buffed. They get all the advantages of preseason (XP buff, drake changes, XP nerf to bot because they roam) and none of the nerfs.
Every other laner: *Builds scimitar or Spirit visage or Niggatron*
Mages : *Wait pls sell it*
Honesty it’s a big problem that Banshees Veil is like 50/50 damage and defense. That was such a good anti mage tank item but they made it super strong on Ap vs Ap matchups
outta the 8 or so games I have played recently, no game has dragged on long enough for elder dragon to spawn. It is broken, but I think if a game extends past 40-45 min, I'd want it to end.

It would be much easier from the aspects of programming and designing if the "Victory" screen basically just appeared for the team that took down elder. The result would be exactly the same.
Also adding a "Random keystone" button could be way easier for them instead of disguising this button as a "new keystone".
Riot still haven't realised that releasing either worthless or miserably overpowered stuff with creative execution, won't change the fact that they are just worthless or miserably overpowered things.

Chrollo 14 it is a really good item but in the end still comes down to preference. Id say yes build it. It is generally a really good item to get first

It works the best at certain champs who do not have much kiting or chase potential. It is very good on Senna imo and I build it even as support
Champs I have found are good with SR:
Caitlyn: the slow it's great for going for a poke hit run hit play style also great for kitting and taking torret you can go either SR ie or SR RFC IE.
MF: I think she it's the user (personal preference) she synergizes great wit it for her passive plus her W steroid she loves the early power spike and you can go IE ER after RFC to scale if the game isn't over by 20.
Jhin: replace one IE out of those 4 with it for the slow.
Jinx: you can go SR Runnans instead of IE Runnans for an earlier power spike or for the slow
Tristana: use the slow to secure your bomb plus the energize line goes well with her burst playstyle.
Lucian: cheaper than IE and ER you might want to go it to scale into a mid game powerhouse.
Kai'sa: no idea seems like the stat line up goes well with her if you are playing her crit adc
Vayne: worse than Ruined king+guiinso go it if you are having trouble kitting
Kog: not optimal
Varus: unlikely but not the worse
Senna: she can use it with IE ER for big autos but not the best build
Xayah: IE ER SR should be core in her she loves ad and crit and can use the AS well enough.
Ezreal: idk if his Q proccs energize but even then it likely worse than just going Trinity
Corki: probably great on him the slow helps him hit spells he loves the it's a good alternative since his Trinity IE build it's pretty expensive 🤔.
Sivir: probably great she used to go IE and ER so you can probably use one slot for this for the big AoE crits.
Yasuo: no idea if this replaces Statikk
Kalista: no idea probably good for snowballing if ahead.
Twitch: might go it after IE
Idk if I missed anyone but I think that how it should go with each adc
Special mention top laner Quiin: might go it after sanguine get nerfed the slow it's great to make melee top laner miserable the extra damage from energize it's good to get kills and torret and it cheaper than IE plus it's an snowballing scaling item (crit ad plus As and starts your crit build to not get outscaled like a Lethality build) she should probably abuse it.
Kindred: great item might go it after jg item then IE slow good for chasing and the stat line should help them jg faster.
Why does riot not like jungle.....
Duskblade = Tank Buster
Edge of Night = AD Banshee's (Finally)
Sanguine Blade = Skrimish
Umbral Glaive = Anti-Ward Protector (Someone like Senna will love this)
Stromrazor = Buffed
Support Tiers = Upon Quest Complete, get the Upgrade for FREE
Supports get free 1.5K Gold for being a good support
However if you Farm with a Support Item, you will get economically nerfed
Free Wards are still here
Omnistone = Interesting (Think Nekko's Mechanic though)
Conqueror = Favor of Battle is BACK
Aftershock = Even more Stupid
Persence of Mind = Actually gives you Mana Regen for using your Ult
Nimbus Cloak = Great Support & Scouting Tool (Gives you movement speed for using your summoner spells (they don't stack)
First Dragon dosen't Matter
Second Dragon Matters a Lot
Third Dragon PERMA changes the map untill Match End
Upon Dragon Soul: It's Permanent
Infernal = EVERYONE GETS A SHEEN
Mountain = Free Barrier
Ocean = Alternative Lifesteal
Cloud Drake = Scout, Scout, Scout
Dragon Buffs Themselves
infernal = 1.2 x More Damage
Mountain = Tank meta boiz (Get 227 Armor and MR for max gold efficiency (Armor first then MR))
Ocean = Can't die as long as if you keep living on the Edge

You didn't mention support items all lose their gold passive at max upgrade; which is something you can't prevent not postpone. Riot thought trading 1,400 gold was worth not earning any gold at all past the 10 minute mark.

I just wanna say something, I've been a long time league player, about 7 years, and every preseason is unbalance, it will get changed, might take some time.
Instead of complaining, just exploit that stupid shit til it's gone, it's always fun to do it, and when the season is balanced then start trying and do ranked.

I hate the fact that entire color-scheme of the rift changes with 3-rd drake. Specially if it's fire drake. Just hurts my eyes, phisically
Mountain drake is not actually that good for tanks. Let me explain why:
Let see first how received damage is calculated -, let's use armour as an example but the same thing applies to magic resist.
% Damage taken = 100 *(( 100 / ( 100 + AR ) ) ) %
eg. 50 armour -> damage taken = 100*(100/(100 + 50) ) ) % = 66.667% of the damage applied is actually taken.
Let's take this case and apply one mountain dragon buff, which is 8% armor increase. Your new armor stat is now 54. Let's calculate the new percentage of damage taken
54 armour- > damage taken = 100*(100/(100 + 54) ) ) % = 64.935% of the damage applied is actually taken.
Now, doing some really simple division (Damage taken with buff / damage taken without buff) we get a 2.59% less damage taken.
Let's now apply the same logic with a character with 200 armor (a tank poppy for example).
200 armour -> damage taken = 100*(100/(100 + 200) ) ) % = 33.334% of the damage applied is actually taken.
now, after the buff
216 armour -> damage taken = 100*(100/(100 + 216) ) ) % = 31.645% of the damage applied is actually taken.
With that we get only 5% less damage taken. which is of course more than 2.59% but i'ts only roughly double redcution for a 4 times bigger increase in armour value.
5% less damage taken is a lot dude. It's a free 5% less.
Ah my arch nemesis, Math, we meet again.
Lets calc it with a 300 dmg ad shot!
In first case with 50 armor you would get 200 dmg, from the shot, but with the mountain drake buff, it is reduced to 194,8 dmg, so its 5,2 less.
In second case with 200 armor you would get 100 dmg what is now reduced to 94,9 dmg, so its just 5,1 dmg less trhan without buff.
It literaly gives you more dmg reduction with 50 armor than with 200! (Nominaly)
So the rift herald spawned twice in my game. I killed it and later on, it spawned again. Does anyone know anything anything about that?
Yes, you can have 2 rifts now instead of 1. Doesn't change shit because, in the first place, drakes are way more important so the jungler only plays botside. It's a useless change, I haven't seen 2 rifts being used in multiple games.

I mean the new dragon souls are pretty RNG, one game we get A shield every few seconds and another game we get unhealthy amount of HP regen, etc.

I think Yasuo got indirectly nerf.
He used to build Statikk first and take IE to 100% that give him the 300 energized damage always.
Now he will get the 120-140 which take away from his burst/poke
but he can go B earlier and get only the cloak for instant 50% crit ... dont think this is a real nerf
Maybe it isn't but it could be.
BTW energized MF might be pretty good going RFC+SR for the mid game then switch to IE+ER for the late game crazy ultis though might be a little too expensive 🤔

they literally nerfed edge of night damage and made the spellshield easier for the enemy to remove.

apparently it allows you to ignore cool downs of runes from what I've heard so basically you'll be rune effects more often. There so few champions that can make use of all runes it uses let alone builds and even then people seem to think it wont be good.
imo it can be good if your get good rng because for example in early game as malph it is more useful to have something like aery ou grasp but late if you get aftershock it can mean that you can actually survive a lot more time after ulting. This is just an example ofc, i bet there is a lot of better ones but tbh I think I prefered klepto

Characters which can make use of all or most of the skill stones in the rotation would, late enough in the game, get to proc a skill stone effect much more often than they would if they didn't have the omnikeystone
The designer of that rune is a jax main. Nothing else makes sense to me

Completely garbage preseason. Litterally made top irrelevant (not bad.. IRRELEVANT). IT's all about drakeside and better mid wins.
The new conq is so broken it fits on every single champion in the game

This patch feels worse than ever.
Bruisers are deleted. Adc's are still overpowered/irrelevant. Jungler has too much impact on the game, as well as botlane if it follows it. Midlane plays a game of lights and darkness.
New drakes are too strong and too bad at the same moment (at least for the gameplay), furthermore the game is unstable as hell, new mechanics are atrocious for the league sense (new lethality items, no tank options, no burst options, no good runes for most champions).
Everything you need to know: Juggernauts are still tanks that deal WAY too much damage.
Malphite is a tank with INSANE engage, but the fuckwads at Rito have still not removed his AP scaling, basically making him a 1 shot machine where everybody and their moms have been complainting about it for MONTHS, but they still haven't fixed it.
Lethality was already a stupid stat that was impossible to deal with as a squishy character, so they added 2 items.
Crit items pretty much got buffed, removed, put in the game again and now made more powerful with easier builds, basically going back to 3 years ago.
Support items are still boring.
Riot has announced their new policy where they hire ONLY people with down syndrome, to lift up the collective IQ of the people working there.
