is it just me or do they change the crit items like every half a year
I think because stormrazer was a really useless item after everything was reverted and they need to give power to ADCs with all the lethality changes and botlane focus coming in preseason. And we’re still in a situation where ADCs are interchangeable for AP mages, especially with Senna there to fill the marksman role in the team
because adcs are perpetually broken op and yet adc mains perpetually bitch
so they change these items all the time, meanwhile mages, tanks, and ESPECIALLY ap bruisers are getting an the utter shaft item wise and havnt been meta for ages

you see adcs more then twice as often as mages with even lucian and trist mids being more common then 90% of mage picks

I dunno which season you are stuck in but currently ADCs are almost unpickable if they don't have selfpeel and the fact that the current crit items are so bad is one of the reasons why... Just compare the stats of crit and AP items and then tell me how your stupid comments are justified... Try to learn and understand the game better before you comment stuff like that...
Yasuo going Zeal into Cloak to have 100% crit with 2.2k gold is something that I can see happening.

stormrazor is 60 ad NOW and will be 55 after the patch, you mixed that up
i tried entering the phylol code when the support a creator box came up but its saying the creator code is not available
So that’s cool that the crit items and the crit ad items can be swapped out depending on what you need. I imagine IE will be the amplifier after choosing ER or SR and the crit item. I’m excited to use these on Jhin

I think Statikk will be crazy. The passive states that energized effects chain to 7 targets, which could mean each shock applies all your stacked energized effects (Stormrazor slow, etc.) to every target it hits, as well as 120 extra damage with each energized item you have
that is less one hit damage that the actual energized build

A big note, Stormrazor is the only item that gives the BIG 3: Crit, AS, and AD. Actually really good....

I just realized Stormrazor is now a very reliable first item for ADCs. It has AD, Attack Speed, and Critical Chance.
Everyone will stack double at items now IE/Essence Reaver into Stormrazor, why bother with the zeal like when u can get more ad from Stormrazor, same energized dmg and half the AS. They shouldnt have removed the extra effects of zeal line.

So Stormrazer can be build on Kalista finaly. With the New lethality-item which gives up to 120% Attackspeed. Kalista Can finally Shred again.

Stormrazor is going to be the safe build for beginner Yasuo players and the best 2nd item for Caitlyn mains

Lately her best build was IE into ER for tons of damage when W it's active if you add the AS of SR you could go Statikk for faster AS to get your feathers faster of go RFC for extra range when you go Q one auto E totally up to you but I think her 100% crit build got buff

Shiv not being able to crit anymore has been confirmed by Riot. That's why they gave it a flat 120 damage instead. I can't remember where exactly I saw it, but it was somewhere official.
didn't they make similar changes like this in Pre-season 8? Also some of these item changes while they'll make regular crit marksmen hurt a lot are going to make Jhin a nightmare to play against imo

Jhin's build next season is probably:
IE + Boots + SR + RFC + ER + Situational

So, you're telling me that there are now 3 different itens that give AD + crit chance? I can now get 75% crit chance while building ad and hail of blades can suplement most attack speed demands I have, not to mention stormrazor's and possibly berseker greaves. Interesting, interesting. In addition, we're getting Sanguine Blade as well, so we're getting more options for lethality builds too. Seems like I have a lot of experiments to do, and summoners rift will be my lab.

Damn 360dmg on hit with 3/4 Crit items? That in itself can make ADCs play around that energized timing and focus on hit and run instead of constantly looking to dps.
Just a thing to notice, shiv not explicitly saying that it can crit doesnt necessarily mean it can't crit. Does it say anywhere on deadmans that the momentum damage can crit? No, but it can still crit, as proved by ye olde crit garens

you can build it instead of the statik or the RFC . depending on if you want the extra 10% attack speed and chain energized effect on shiv .. or extra range every energized effect ..
that's my opinion tho, cuz i feel like hurricane is so good on her with her rockets it's too valuable to not buy
I think SR > Hurr will be the way to go... with that energized effect you won't even need to crit

So if you build both RFC and Shiv, does SR buff both of those? So 480 damage for every charged attack? Also, since it says Energized attacks, Fleet Footwork should also deal 120 extra damage, no? So with all 3 of those, you're doing 600 damage every proc. I'd say fuck IE as an early item, and build it just to flesh out your DPS after you have all the charge stuff.

So when are they removing Caitlyn's headshot? Cuz Caitlyn can two shot people with a lucky crit on that cheesy headshot, with these changes following, she'll quite literally one-shot everything; tanks, bruisers, squishies.
Frankly Adc's should have less damage early game, and maybe didn't power spike into late game with 2-3 items

Not really a point tho to be buying IE when you can scale with energised attacks easier and with less gold like imagine the damage you would get out of a stormrazor + a clock instead of IE and clock just from stormrazors new passive
@@cosmari1 Way too many ADCs depend on the early big damage spike form IE and that one juicy crit changes fights early on completely, while 120 dmg here and there doesnt really match up to that.

as much as i hate tristana and everything she stands for i legit got tilted off earth off of these stopwatch-intensive clips with her so i had to rewatch this part because i completely ignored the text first time
Can you please stop making it sound like adc is in a good spot, the message you are sending is damaging to the role because of your influence. It has been 2 years soon since the role was gutted and it is still nowhere near "good", there is a reason we have only had 2 adcs played bottom, Kaisa & Xayah. They were the only 2 adcs that were OK, not GOOD, they were OK. The sad fact is that adcs are terrible, there is no reason to pick an adc over a mage bottom, worse early, worse mid, worse late. Throughout the season Korean pro play has played 1 crit adc consistently, 1 single pure crit carry and she just got a big nerf.
The role is supposed to be good at taking objectives and killing tanks, with adaptive damage adcs are simply average at pushing towers and tanks take 0 damage from adcs with the implementation of randuins (even without randuins adcs don't even tickle tanks). Playing this role is painful as no matter how well you play you are not enabled until 3 items, at this point nearly all games are decided, in other words adcs have literally no impact on the majority of games.
All i ask is that you stop falsely labling adc as a viable role so that one day hopefully riot can stop turning a blind eye and fix the massive issue that has been ignored for 2 years.

If you have the First pick and you are playing in top lane well that lane is over for you because all the bruisers gets counterpicked by some mage or a ranged champ. At least there are support players to wipe your asses and the lane isnt about only champ select.
Also I think the main problem about the game is THERE IS TOO MUCH FKING DAMAGE, Everyone one shots eachother. This shit makes you play under so MUCH pressure, you cannot make a single mistake and get away with it.

The literal idea of laning phase is how do I capitalize on the enemy mistakes? You will get punished for playing poorly, and sometimes not.
About top blind picks? Let me introduce you to flex picks, and just champions which can be safely blind picked
mages are getting shafted and replaced in every roll.....
mage supports are defacto weaker then enchanters atm
mage botlanes get dicked on by adc bot lanes, hence why adc bot lane has been a COMPULSORY thing since season 1, and why you will be flamed to hell and back if you dont pick an adc in bot
mage mids are getting dicked on by the ever creeping power of assassins
mage tops only exist in 1 or 2 specific champions that often get nerfed down very quickly and otherwise get utterly fucked by the jugg and bruiser tops
and mage junglers dont exist

About the mistake thing, yes you should be punished when you make a mistake but you should die because you take a one miss step forward but you should lose a trade. There is so much damage now bruisers are actually squishy if you are a bit behind. If you are gonna pump damage to game then pump some defensive stats too. In top lane if you want to be useful to team you have to demolish your opponent. Winning the lane isnt enough. Because other lanes are blood bath that also happens to be gold bath. When you try to go destroy top turret or defend your turret at 15min some 9/7/6 adc or mid comes and rapes you. And your ninja tabi wont do shit against it.

this game is garbage, its complete, utter garbage, reworking items for no reason into something that makes no sense either wont solve the real issue, which is that scaling auto-attackers do not scale, you get 1shot by EQ from lategame ekko as adc but you deal much lower damage, good luck playing this game, im over it, didnt play this garbage game for a month and i feel happier, my addiction is finally letting me go.
