Freya, hope you're feeling better very soon. I always say, when live gives you lemons, go hide in a blanket fort until that shit passes. I feel horrible because the passing of my bio dad, really as made my life better, I've gain so much family I never knew before. Worry about yourself not us lot, we're patient and understanding block the ones that aren't 😂

If you're struggling with hard times and loss, I recommend my very favourite artists, Linkin Park. Their music helps me through a lot of the lows in my life. Their lyricist, Mike Shinoda, has incredible emotional intelligence in his writing, and their vocalist, Chester Bennington, struggled with depression and addiction for his entire life until his depression ultimately took him from us in 2017. The lyrics are powerful and deal with the depths of despair, but with a focus on rising out of those depths. It sounds like you've lost a loved one, so I would suggest the song "One More Light" in the hopes that you might find something healing in it. And if you're a country fan, you may enjoy "Castle of Glass". The song that has helped me the most personally is "Iridescent" (I recommend the album version rather than the radio edit in the music video). I listen to that when the burdens of life get too heavy.
Mike Shinoda was the person who discovered Holly Brook AKA Skylar Grey, by the way. He signed her to his label and featured her on his Fort Minor track "Where'd You Go?"

You deserve rest time, and I hope you get plenty. I do hope you can rest enough to come back and to post, (Only when you're ready), it would be a bit heartbreaking to find such a genuine reactor only to see you leave right away, haha. I have had losses in my family as well, and it can be a situation that freezes you for a period of time. On an entirely separate note, and also possibly very inappropriate to post on this video- in which case I will happily take it down, I do not intend to be rude-- I would absolutely love to see you react to Lana Del Rey's discography. She's a modern day poet, and her work reflects it. If you did, Chronological order is best, because it shows the progression of her artistry- (She often references lyrics from previous albums to make a point within her lyrics so it's the best for clarity.) Also she makes some of the most visually stunning Music Video's I've ever seen, most of which have this depth of story to them that is just... chefs kiss- I mean, heck! She made a 30 minute short film as a music video for three of her songs. I do hope you'll consider it, :) - once again, I apologize if this at all comes across as pushy, or rude, just a newer fan making suggestions, and I'm happy to remove it if they are unwelcome at all.
