      The latin words to describe the rhinoceros, at least the single horned rhinoceros, is the word for unicorn. So the Rhinoceros is actually he unicorn that somehow changed into something else. But the understanding that these rhinoceros' were the unicorns goes all the way back to ancient Egypt and the other African Kingdoms of that time and even now.

  • @LoveMaskedBandits
    @LoveMaskedBandits 6 ะผั–ััั†ั–ะฒ ั‚ะพะผัƒ +2

    Henry Beston (1888-1986) Quote:
    "We need another and a wiser and perhaps a more mystical concept of animals. Remote from universal nature and living by complicated artifice, man in civilization surveys the creature through the glass of his knowledge and sees thereby a feather magnified and the whole image in distortion. We patronize them for their incompleteness, for their tragic fate for having taken form so far below ourselves. And therein do we err. For the animal shall not be measured by man. In a world older and more complete than ours, they move finished and complete, gifted with the extension of the senses we have lost or never attained, living by voices we shall never hear. They are not brethren, they are not underlings: they are other nations, caught with ourselves in the net of life and time, fellow prisoners of the splendour and travail of the earth."

    The indigenous natives have traditionally hunted these waters far centuries and they should be allowed to continue to do. As far their use of modern equipment, such as rifles, power boats and such should not be prohibited either because like the rest of us, their lives are made easier, safer, and better because it. As the man says, "about 1,000 a year are killed." They claim the population is 80,000 and that's a very sustainable 1.4% of them.
