Hello, you’re welcome. Not really I think because manual fashion illustrations are using minimal (mostly pencil sketches), people believe they take less time hence they can’t be the same price. I’ve had a client request me to charge 5k for pencil sketch . I believe that if your art is good and well detailed, you can price it at a decent rate. Ps: I don’t do pencil sketches.
