I watched an interview the other day with that Jordan bloke from talksport, he pronounced Leverkusen as levercowsun? I thought Michael did a hell of a job not to walk out during jordans constant interruptions and rudeness.

Watched this and the Lescott interview so far and really enjoying the focus on players that aren't always in the limelight or those who are not media darlings..
What I remember the most about him is how awesome he was in German NT, literally dragging a very average teams to finals, third places. Him Khan, Klose and Hamann only notable players, rest either too old or just solid hard workers in early 2000s Them overachieving with what they then had to me is more impressive than Germany wining WC in 2014 when they were loaded.

At his current age maybe (compared to Ballack at the same age), but let him at least reach a CL final (Leverkusen) or carry a legendary country at one of their lowest points to a WC final (If England will ever reach that again). Forgot Germany also were in the final of Euro 08 as well btw, captained by...
