I love this series and almost feel like it should be an actual mode. Boss battles where team work works and also it’s endlessly redoable as a concept.
And the ability to give heroes unique abilities that you could never see in PvP... wait a minute
if they were to make a gamemode out of this they should also add event abilities like reinhardts flying charge, widows petrify ult or pharah triple rockets etc

Flanktiste had a lot of potential once Marblr figured out some tricks.
I wouldn't mind it if Emongg let the player re-roll one of the abilities after they roll the entire kit.

Well he only had biotic orb, not necrotic orb. So he couldn't
I mean even then that's 2.5x healing along with the Moiras Healing dealt. (Assuming they have all stats 2.5x for Team 1 which means the AI are also affected) so in a way he was just really tanky
@@dontquotemethough2657He could Necrotic orb was a different ability from the Beta. I'm pretty sure the Damage orb is still classified as Biotic Orb

hey emon! idk if its even feasible but just had the funny idea of what if a 3v3 version of this, heroes are randomized as usual, but instead of all their abilities, each one gets a completely random change, like a huge wheel that has all the abilities from skill 1, skill 2, and ults. so it can be like a team of a mercy with dragon blade, wrecking ball with jet pack, tracer with biotic grenade etc. and just watch complete chaos unfold

Bap saw all 3 annoying play styles. Ultra dive with mei wall, death blossom, and tp, then he saw Ultra stall with bio orb and regen burst, then ultra movement with grapple and recall.

How viable would it have been if you tiered each ability and have it affecting how buff/nerfed the hero multiplier would/could have been. Just to avoid having really terribly baked heroes.
As stated by a top comment and others, Blizzard should be side eyeing this idea as a future mode akin to Mei/Winston's Yeti event (with due credit of course!) but even if I don't get to play it, this is incredible content. I would like some more of the kinks worked out in the workshop if possible (can be kind of disappointing when a skill ends up being broken and kinda ruins this interesting kit, but I understand the workshop can do very little in the grand scheme of things) but frankly the unintended jankiness adds a lot of comedy to this.

I think certain heroes need to be banned for the bronze team. Defense matrix, discord orb, and anti-nade seem really impossible to play against as a solo player
i think the solo guy maybe could get a ban from each hero category
Honestly I think Zen is the problem. The discord combined with focus fire make anti-nade and matrix/shields feel so much more oppressive.

just a thought. What if you combine this idea partially with regular 1v5 games to give the top 500 3 man cap speed but no extra/changed abilities? idk exactly how it works but if you could essentially give the top 500 the extra cart and cap speed that would be an interesting take.
