Shot one yesterday and liked it. I think it is a neat blending of the positive aspects of metal framed pistols and polymer pistols. Very nice shooting pistol.

Is the recoil spring as stiff as Gen 1 or is it more like the M&P EZ?
the spring in my opinion in the 2.0 metal is better than the standard 1.0 but it’s not as smooth as the EZ .
This the only thing that has been making me want to switch from Glocks
Hows the recoil impulse?
The recoil is nice , the m&p grip design help with that.
The price needs to come waaaaay down. Could understand if it were a steel frame.
Compared to the aftermarket companies that’s providing metal frames for firearms ( sig , glock , ect )
S&W hit it pretty much on the head for the price. Your looking at around 350ish for metal frames from aftermarket companies on top of the price for the firearm which all together will bring you close to a thousand same as the Metal.

The gun is M&P 9 not mp 2.0, all M&P are 2.0 😂😂😂
Actually all M&P are not 2.0’s . The M2.0 is the current GEN the previous was the 1.0 version.

I own one. It says, M & P 2.0 metal on it.
