Make sure that some element of commuting is included should you ever want to leave from your work premises to go away. Basically, you will have had to 'commute' to your place of work in the first place.

Im insured with caravan gaurd. £60k campervan £535 last year , just renewed this year very similar.... and a customer service second to none.

Hi, first quote with Caravan Guard: £1300.- 😱, second quote with Motorhome Direct (Howden) £640.- and final one with Comfort: £545.- I've got no idea if it covers rodent damage though.

Really thought-provoking, thank you. I'm just looking into finding quotes for my first campervan I'm buying next month, so I'll add these to my list of what to check. One thing to mention about mousetraps, humane ones are only humane if you check them at least daily, slowly dying of hunger and thirst in a trap is not humane. So, even if your van is parked at home, bait, or the traditional type you showed us can actually be the kinder option.
