    Thank you very much. This is exactly what I needed to hear before going to bed.
    Had an EMDR session in the morning. It is worth every second and every penny you put into self improvement.
    For anyone feeling low or afraid, if you work towards it, the relief at the end is worth living for.
    Those who grown up building a shell around them, you should emerge from that shell as a butterfly - if/when you break out that shell.
